About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site. We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date. This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness. What You'll Do Delivery planning and schedule integration Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio:

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are hiring an Energy Scheduling & Portfolio Lead to own energy availability across Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: contracted and available energy against planned compute, and the risk to it. This one central scheduling and portfolio role holds the live view of energy availability risk and energy availability need for workload management. You will be our counterpart to the LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and suppliers in electricity and gas markets across jurisdictions; forecasting is an instrument of that view. You schedule and manage physical energy delivery — not financial instruments — including how much gas the portfolio needs to schedule, and keep energy supply and the workload plan in step with workload and site planning, energy origination, and data center operations. ESA counterparties operate the behind-the-meter plants; you manage their performance and our exposure. This role will also build processes and structures to ultimately support asset management across our energy portfolio. You are this function's first dedicated owner and will build its models and processes from zero. Responsibilities: Own the live view of energy availability risk and need: contracted, available, and committed energy and capacity at each site against planned load and ramp, by month and by hour where it matters; keep it current as deals sign, sites come online, and plans change, and close gaps and use surpluses with workload and site planning and energy origination. Be the operational counterpart to our LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and retail and wholesale suppliers in domestic ISO/RTOs, including ERC

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Training and serving frontier AI models requires data center capacity at a scale and pace that conventional delivery models were not built for. Anthropic's Data Center Capacity Delivery team embeds with developers, general contractors, and third-party partners to take leased and partnered sites from deal close through floor access and operational handover as fast as they can safely be built. As the Reporting and Controls Lead, you'll own the single view of where every project in the delivery portfolio stands: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service, the integrity of the data behind it, and the capacity projections leadership plans against. You'll build and run the reporting the delivery team and executives rely on, and chase down the schedule and data discrepancies it surfaces. This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work with Senior Delivery Managers and Regional Managers in the field, our third-party project-management partners, and the planning, transaction, design, and deployment teams whose inputs and outputs the portfolio schedule depends on. MOC (Mission + Outcomes + Competencies) Mission Give the delivery team and leadership one trustworthy view of where every project stands. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is building its own servers, racks, and accelerator systems with contract manufacturers and ODM partners, and deploying them across our fleet of data centers. We are seeking experienced engineers to own how well that hardware gets built. As a Product Engineer on the Manufacturing Operations team, you are the technical owner of a product at the factory. During development, you gather manufacturing, test, and yield concerns, get them fixed in the design before each build, and sign off that the product is ready to move to the next stage. Once a product is in mass production, you keep it healthy by delivering engineering changes with minimal disruption, qualifying new components and second-source manufacturers, and root-causing yield and field failures. This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable debugging a test failure on the line as you are presenting a corrective action plan to leadership. Representative projects Take a new accelerator rack from early evaluation to mass production at an ODM: audit the assembly and test process, set yield targets, confirm test coverage, and approve the transition. Scale manufacturing from one line to multiple and then to a second site or second manufacturer without yield or throughput regressions. Run a cross-functional root cause on field failures traced to a manufacturing gap, drive corrective action with the ODM/CM, and close the loop with the design itself when required. Lead an engineering change across manufacturers: BOM and PLM updates, cut-in planning, partner training, validation, and monitor fie
