Work Flexibility: Onsite In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product costs, support planning processes, manage inventory controls, and provide financial insights that help drive informed business decisions. What You Will Do Manage the annual standard cost roll-up process and maintain accurate product cost structures within financial systems. Monitor monthly and year-to-date manufacturing costs; coordinate updates to bills of materials and routing structures with operations teams. Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for the assigned business unit. Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and follow-up actions. Track cost reduction initiatives and report progress against established budget and productivity targets. Prepare, analyze, and submit financial and operational metrics through corporate reporting systems. Execute month-end close activities, including cost accounting entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation. Prepare plant performance reports, capital expenditure requests, return-on-investment analyses, system-related accounting support, and ad hoc financial reporting for leadership. Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do This position is responsible for environmental compliance, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and support of sterilization operations while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. The role requires balancing operational needs with regulatory compliance, risk management, and employee safety. Own and lead site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and management systems. Establish and sustain a strong safety culture through visible leadership, coaching, employee engagement, and influence across key site functions. Maintain strong field presence through observations, safety walks, contractor oversight, and risk assessments to identify operational risks, escalate concerns, stop work when needed, and support safe and compliant operations. Serve as the site owner for environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, including permits, reporting, submissions, renewals, modifications, and agency interactions. Partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to assess process changes, sterilization validations, equipment modifications, facility expansions, and related EHS or regulatory impacts. Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do This role leads cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, leveraging strong SAP expertise to manage product costing, inventory control, manufacturing variances, and financial compliance, in close partnership with operations. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on material characteristics, MRO, and production processes for internal customers, ensuring accurate and reliable operational knowledge. Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting, ensuring accurate cost roll‑ups, inventory balances, manufacturing and price variances, and providing key insights to operations and finance leadership to support annual roll‑up activities and cost accuracy. Design, maintain, and analyze ERP and operational data, ensuring data integrity, effective reporting, and seamless integration of information to support finance analysts and business objectives. Design and improve operational procedures and processes to meet audit standards, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
