Role Summary Scale is building the agentic operating system that powers AI deployment across the world's most important organizations. The Platform PM is the person who determines what that foundation needs to be — and holds the bar on how well it gets built. This is not a roadmap PM, a program manager, or a feature tracker. The Platform PM owns the core infrastructure that every FD team builds on top of: defining the foundation before anything else can be built reliably, sequencing work against real customer commitments and FD team velocity, identifying which FD-built patterns are ready to graduate to core, and ensuring that every capability that ships does so at a bar customers can trust without thinking about it. The best Platform PMs have defined platform capabilities at production bar in high-stakes environments and understand the difference between what is necessary to build, what is interesting to build, and what should never be built at all. What You'll Do Define the foundation. Determine what needs to be true at the core platform layer — across each capability pillar — before anything reliable can be built on top of it. Sequence it. Prioritize and order platform work given customer commitments, FD team velocity needs, and what is actually blocking progress today. Getting this wrong means building on an unstable base or building the right things in the wrong order and paying for it in rework and FD team drag. Identify patterns and graduate capabilities. Watch what FD teams are building across the application layer, determine what is genuinely repeating, and make the call on what moves to core — and when. Do not rush graduation or delay it out of caution. Hold the quality bar. Every capability on the platform roadmap earns its place twice: once by being necessary, and again by being done well enough that customers trust it without thinking about it. Keep the platform from becoming a graveyard of half-built capabilities. Unlock delivery team time to value. For
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The People Analytics team at Lyft exists to build data trust — turning people data into clear, reliable insights that help our HR Business Partners, talent leaders, and executives make better decisions. We're a small, high-impact team in the middle of a meaningful BI transformation: we recently moved to ThoughtSpot as our primary analytics platform, and we're not just replicating old dashboards — we're rethinking what self-service analytics looks like for a People team. That includes exploring ThoughtSpot's AI capabilities to surface proactive insights, enable natural language querying, and reduce the friction between a business question and a data answer. There's real greenfield work here, and we're looking for someone who wants to help define what AI-powered people analytics looks like at Lyft. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team, based in Toronto. You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Analytics and serve as the first point of contact for incoming data requests across the People organization — triaging, scoping, and delivering on analytical needs ranging from quick ad-hoc pulls to fully built ThoughtSpot dashboards. This role is well-timed: you'll be joining as we complete our migration from Tableau to ThoughtSpot, which means you'll have genuine influence over how we build our reporting layer and push into ThoughtSpot's AI features — think natural language search, AI-generated insights, and proactive anomaly detection applied to people data. This isn't a "maintain the dashboard" role. It's a chance to help build something new. You'll be a self-starter who is equally comfortable writing SQL and presenting findings to a VP. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming data requests from across the People organization — scoping needs, setting

We’re data-driven and never stop iterating. If you’d like to work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment, are interested in building something meaningful and having fun while doing it, we’d love to hear from you. We're united by shared goals and shared motivations at Justworks. These are best summed up in our company values, which are reflected in our product and in our team. Our Values If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. Department Revenue Operations Who We Are At Justworks, we're building the infrastructure that helps small businesses run, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR in one place. We're data-driven, move with urgency, and care deeply about the people on our team and the customers we serve. If you want to build things that matter inside a company with real scale and real complexity, you'll fit right in. Who You Are You care about shipping things that change how revenue teams operate — not just automating tasks, but architecting the systems underneath them. You’ve built things in production. You think in systems. You’ve worked with LLMs not as a novelty but as a primitive you compose with, the same way you’d reach for a database or a queue. You understand that the next generation of GTM infrastructure isn't a better Salesforce configuration or a smarter Zapier flow — it's a unified, AI-native application layer that gives sellers, CS reps, and revenue leaders a single surface to execute, coach, and decide. You want to build that at Justworks. This role sits inside Revenue Operations. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Data

About Us At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. About the team SmithDB is LangChain's internal database team. We're building a storage and query layer purpose-built for AI observability and evaluation. Within six months we went from idea to a production system that offers industry leading performance and scalability for agent observability data. We're a small, fast team of systems engineers tackling genuinely hard problems: storage layout, query execution, compaction, and scaling toward trillions of agent traces. We develop in Rust, run on Kubernetes, and integrate tightly with S3/GCS/Azure Blob. There are no legacy constraints; this is a greenfield system with real production load and ambitious engineering goals. About th
