Our integrated solution unifies data across risk teams to help organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. Sardine’s platform is strengthened by one of the fastest-growing fraud consortiums in the market, spanning more than 6 billion profiled devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses worldwide. We're a remote-first team spread across time zones, so no office to report to - work from wherever helps you do your best work. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: pay is based on where you're located, and you'll need to keep a home base in the country you're hired in. So while we love the "coffee shop today, mountains tomorrow" life, this isn't a passport-optional, work-from-anywhere-on-Earth kind of remote - think flexible within your country, not borderless. Location: Remote - United States About the Role: We’re looking for an Events Lead to own and scale Sardine’s global events program, from major industry conferences and tradeshows to our flagship conference, SardineCon, and our SardineCon executive dinners, happy hours, and partner events. Banking is changing, and we're building the bank that's driving that change. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank, founded in Copenhagen in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Stockholm. We're putting AI at the core of how we build and run the bank, but knowing exactly who we're doing business with still comes down to people, and that's what this team does. The ODD team makes sure Lunar knows who it's doing business with. As Team Lead, you'll run the day-to-day of our ODD specialists, the team digging into ownership structures, source of funds, and risk indicators before and during a customer relationship. This is a people-leadership role first: you're accountable for the team's output and quality, not doing the casework yourself. You'll report to our Director of FCP Operations. What will you do? Lead the ODD specialist team day-to-day, managing workload, setting priorities, and keeping delivery on track against SLAs. Own formal performance management for the team: regular reviews, direct feedback, and addressing underperformance early rather than letting it drift. Track SLA and quality metrics closely, so you catch where the team is drifting before it shows up in the numbers. Act as the escalation point for complex or ambiguous cases, including flagging potential regulatory deviations upward before they become disclosures, and make sure the team applies ODD policy and procedure consistently, understanding the regulatory logic, not just the steps. Represent ODD in the wider FCP/Onboarding leadership forum, flagging risks and resourcing needs upward. What are we looking for in you? Experience leading a team in an operational KYC/AML-adjacent function. Strong people skills, this role is about leading people who lead numbers, not just managing a queue. Solid working knowledge of ODD/EDD practices and the regulatory logic behind them, not just the checklist. Comfortable with data: you use SLA and quality metrics to catch problems early, not just to report on them

Banking is changing, and we're building the bank that's driving that change. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank, founded in Copenhagen in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Stockholm. We're putting AI at the core of how we build and run the bank, but turning new customers into real customers safely still comes down to people who know how to make a good call. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Team Lead to run our Onboarding team in Copenhagen, part of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), reporting to our Director of FCP Operations. On paper, onboarding is the same steps for every customer. In practice, corporate structures, bankruptcy histories, and business models vary enough that your team is making real judgement calls every day, not ticking boxes. We need someone who can lead that well, fast where it's safe to be fast, careful where it isn't. What will you do? Lead a team of Onboarding specialists handling business onboarding day to day, including formal performance management: regular reviews, feedback, and addressing underperformance. Own throughput and wait-time targets without compromising risk assessment, and manage the team against target adherence, growth, and engagement (Peakon) scores. Hold the line on quality within Onboarding's edge-case reality: same steps every time, but corporate structure, bankruptcy history, and business model variation mean your team is making real judgement calls, not following a checklist. Coordinate with Customer Support and commercial teams on onboarding friction. Represent Onboarding in the FCP Ops & Onboarding leadership forum. What are we looking for in you? 1-3 years leading people with direct reports, including performance reviews and handling underperformance. Experience in a regulated industry where decisions have consequences and stand up to review. A background in financial crime prevention, compliance or onboarding is a plus. You can lead people who know more than you. The team spans juniors to senior
