Scale AI
📍 New York• $200K – $290K/yr

Scale is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead product design for Scale's Public Sector business unit. Public Sector brings AI-powered decision support directly to government and national security customers. You'll design sophisticated tools for critical operations including crisis planning, geo spatial- visualization, and human-agent collaborative canvases. Much of this work has no established playbook. The conventions for how humans and agents plan, review, and decide together are still being written, and this role will help write them. You'll push past existing patterns to establish new ones, then make them durable enough for the rest of the platform to build on. This is a role for a designer who enjoys untangling dense workflows and making powerful systems feel coherent, intuitive, and trustworthy at speed. What you’ll do Own the end-to-end design, from undefined requirements through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Develop state-of-the-art techniques to leverage AI in design systems and processes. Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools. Partner directly with Product and Engineering peers to turn ambiguity into clear product directions, work through tradeoffs and launch experiences. Work directly in code alongside engineers, going beyond static mockups to help build and refine the shipped experience. Work with customers, building direct relationships during key project touchpoints (discovery, feedback, post-launch) and confidently socializing design decisions with stakeholders. Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform. Who you are 10–15 years of experience across a range of design settings and problem types. You're energized by complexity. You take dense, tangled systems and turn them into something elegant and easy to use, and you're at your best when the problem is hard. You bring clarity to ambiguity.

Overview LaunchDarkly is seeking a creative and experienced Product Manager to lead our end-to-end data products, from SDK data ingest through our data platform to the customer-facing observability, metrics, and experimentation experiences built on top of it. You will own the vision and strategy for this entire pipeline as a coherent product, ensuring the data customers send us is trustworthy, timely, and transformed into experiences that help them ship better software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data infrastructure, observability/analytics, and how customers and their agents consume and work with software delivery data. Responsibilities Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's end-to-end data products, spanning SDK event ingestion, our data platform, and customer-facing data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis of our data and the agent experience of our data products: how AI surfaces insights, anomalies, and recommendations from software delivery data, and how our data is modeled, exposed, and made consumable so that AI agents are first-class consumers alongside humans. Own the product strategy, platform definition, and GTM for our data products. Treat the data pipeline as a single product: drive coherence across ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption so that every downstream experience (analytics, experimentation, insights, integrations) is built on a reliable, well-modeled foundation. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Monitor industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in all product decisions. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Sensitive Data Scanner (SDS) Telemetry team. The SDS group’s mission is to be the world’s easiest-to-use tool to discover, classify, manage, and report sensitive data risks across cloud, on-premise, and code environments. This team builds and scales the detection capabilities that scan all telemetry data flowing into Datadog — logs, APM spans, and RUM events — operating in streaming, at processing time, and at very large scale. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team based in Paris, with the opportunity to shape how the team grows as SDS Telemetry’s scope expands. It’s a chance to combine hands-on technical leadership with direct customer and product impact in the security and observability space. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture — the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow a team of engineers building real-time sensitive data detection across Datadog’s Logs, APM, and RUM telemetry pipelines Partner closely with the Logs, APM, and RUM teams, plus Datadog’s Trust & Safety team, to align on roadmap and integration priorities Shape product direction by working closely with Product, grounding decisions in customer needs and business impact Stay hands-on: contribute to design decisions and participate in the team’s on-call rotation Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers as the team grows beyond its initial size Help build a strong engineering culture as part of Datadog’s broader Sensitive Data Scanner group Who You Are: You have experience building and shipping revenue-generating products, with strong product acumen and a customer-first mindset You have hands-on experience with Go and/or Java, and a track record building distributed, streaming systems at scale You have experience managing engineers — or are

LAKE is looking for a Head of eCommerce to lead our digital flagship and drive its growth. This is a revenue-focused role. We are a digitally native brand, and LAKE.com is where most clients meet us. The person in this seat owns the number and everything that moves it: site development, merchandising, UX, and the experience end to end, from the first page she lands on to the moment her order arrives. It is also a builder’s role. We believe the best digital teams treat innovation as a discipline rather than a novelty, testing constantly, adopting new technology early when it serves her, and holding every idea to the same commercial standard. You will build that culture and lead it. We approach the experience from an omnichannel perspective. Our stores and our site are one brand to her, and we are building toward a commercial organization where every sales channel is held to the same standard. The right leader will see that ambition and grow with it. WHO YOU ARE A commercial leader who reads a site the way a great merchant reads a floor, and who measures every decision against the revenue it drives A builder of teams where innovation is the operating norm, who creates the conditions for testing, iteration, and debate A product thinker who holds the whole experience in one view, from information architecture to checkout to the unboxing, and refuses to let any step feel unconsidered Fluent in the numbers and obsessed with the details, equally at home in a sales meeting and a design review A collaborator who earns trust across functions rather than competes with them Someone with taste and judgment, who knows that in a premium brand how a thing looks and feels carries as much weight as what it does WHAT YOU’LL DO Own LAKE.com revenue and performance, leading day-to-day site performance across merchandising, content, launches, promotions, and testing to deliver revenue, conversion, and engagement goals Lead all site development, UX, and digital experience, owning the LAKE
