About the role We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution. You’ll work closely with Sales to drive long-term partner growth and with internal teams to continuously improve the advertiser experience. This role is based in our Singapore office.
