About the Team Product Management in Meesho closely resembles our rocketship growth. Because we obsess over understanding customer behaviour, we’ve been able to carve out an e-commerce niche in Tier 2/3/4 towns in Bharat. Our business growth is testimony to a singular focus on how we think of ‘product’ for our unique customers - ones that have barely shopped online, but are now able to because of Meesho. Fun fact: Nearly 7% of India’s households shop with us. 😉 We are driven by a ‘user-first’ mindset. We have a strong bias for action. Above all, our team is driven by impact, not features. We drive ‘problem discovery’ & delivery - not only obsess over “what to build”, but execute with rigour to create impact. But there’s more – we love to have fun as much as we love to work hard. From movie buffs, to sportspersons, we have a super cool team. So, if a game of badminton after a day of brainstorming at work sounds like something you would love to do, then join us! About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving high impact problems in a fast paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams such as software engineering, UX design, category mgmt., marketing, operations, finance, etc to bring a new product to life.

The role Square helps small businesses do business — operating more efficiently, selling confidently, and finding new opportunities. As our indirect sales channel scales across APAC, we need someone to own enablement for Australia outright. This is not a role that contributes to someone else's programme. You are the enablement function for the Australian & Japanese sales channel. Everything a seller in this market touches — how they're onboarded, certified, trained, coached, and measured — is yours to build, run and improve. You'll have global frameworks to draw on and a Learning Experience Designer to build with, but the decisions about what Australia needs, and the results that follow, sit with you. You'll also extend what you build into Japan, working through our reseller and partner network. Japan is a different channel model and a different sales culture, so this is about adapting and enabling through partners rather than running the market yourself. This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the field and on the phone with Independent Contractors and Channel Sales Managers, spotting performance gaps and coaching in the moment. You own the numbers, not just the calendar. We need a builder who thinks commercially — someone who creates structure from scratch, uses data to find where the biggest gains are, and gets on with it without needing much direction. Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred), reporting into the Head of Sales Enablement, with dotted line to Head of Sales, APAC. Regular field travel within Australia and periodic travel to Japan. What you'll do Own enablement for Australia & Japan Own IC and Reseller onboarding & enablement strategy for the market: the programme, the content, the ramp path, and the activation numbers that come out of it Lead the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Partner Manager Training & Certification programme — every manager properly trained, certified, and kept current Own a structured training calendar

ABOUT TOPGOLF Topgolf is a sports entertainment company that has changed how millions of people experience golf and where you can build a serious career. Our venues are high-energy, high-volume environments where performance matters and results are visible. Every day, we bring together golf, food and beverage, events, and entertainment into one experience that keeps guests coming back. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING Do you feel it when the guest experience is off before anyone says a word? Can you manage the energy of a room, hold your team to high standards, and still make every guest feel like the most important person there? We're looking for a Front of House Manager who understands that hospitality is a craft. Someone who develops their team through real coaching, not just correction, and who knows the difference between a shift that ran smoothly and a shift that was truly exceptional. Standards do not maintain themselves. They're held by leaders who care. If hospitality is more than a job title to you, this is where that shows. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the Guest Experience • Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house • Stay visible on the floor and interact with guests to assess and elevate their experience • Always uphold operating procedures and guest safety and satisfaction standards • Ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and functioning efficiently Coach and Develop the Team • Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment • Drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability • Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development • Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion Manage Operations • Execute ope
