At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About Ops Enablement The Operations Enablement team builds the capabilities required to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality servicing experiences for Affirm’s customers and merchants—while identifying opportunities to eliminate the need for them to contact us in the first place. We partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Vendor Management, Legal, and Compliance to ensure every agent is trained, equipped, and able to deliver measurable results from day one. Operating across the full servicing lifecycle, we translate new products, policies, and business requirements into scalable operational capabilities. Our work includes designing training and operational readiness strategies, standing up new servicing experiences, defining and measuring interaction quality, and ensuring agents can quickly access the information they need to resolve issues correctly. We use performance insights, customer contact drivers, quality trends, and agent feedback to identify capability gaps and their root causes. We then build the learning programs, quality frameworks, knowledge systems, processes, and tools needed to close those gaps—while helping our Product and Engineering partners address friction upstream rather than requiring agents to absorb it downstream. By owning the full journey—from operationalizing new products and policies to improving existing workflows—Operations Enablement turns complex change into consistent, compliant, and high-quality servicing at scale. One Role, Multiple Teams We are hiring multiple Manager roles across Affirm's Ops Enablement organization through this single job posting. Rather than interviewing for one specific team, candidates will go through a shared interview process designed to assess the core skills we look for across Ops Enablement. If selected, we will w

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will own the data Vanta's EPD organization actually runs on — bringing new signal sources online, standardizing them at the point of ingestion, and building the systems that make the underlying data trustworthy rather than merely stored. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. Not by asking teams to be more diligent but by going to the source, processing it, standardizing it, and pushing value back out so each source of truth earns its own adoption. What you’ll do as a Operations Manager, Signal Systems at Vanta: Bring new signal sources online end to end — from discovery and scoping through ingestion, standardization, and live operation Identify the specific failure modes in each information source and build systems that mitigate them at the point of ingestion Go to the teams that produce and consume a signal, understand what the information actually means and what they need back from it, and build accordingly Replace human-diligence dependencies with engineering solutions: derive fields, pull from source systems, validate at write time Build alongside teammates who are growing into building — raise their technical ceiling, not just your own output Partner with the inference and systems layers to ensure what you produce is queryable, trustworthy, and ready to build on How to be successful in this role: You look at a data source and see its failure modes before its contents: where it lies, where it goes stale, where it's duplicated, where the schema won't hold at 10x Your first move on an adherence problem is an engineering an

About the team: The CPQ & NPI Operations team sits within Product Operations and is at the core of how we bring new products to market and optimise our quote-to-cash process. We don’t just operationalise new SKUs—we ensure seamless integration of next-generation quoting tools, drive automation, and enhance the overall sales experience. We partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to streamline how products are configured, quoted, sold, and provisioned. Our team ensures that our CPQ and Product Master tools remain high-performing, scalable systems—balancing automation, policy enforcement, and ease of use without overloading it with unnecessary complexity. About the role: We are seeking a highly driven, enterprising individual with exceptional communication skills to join our NPI Operations team and help operationalise our products in our quote-to-cash processes. In this full-time hybrid role, you’ll use your NPI and CPQ knowledge to translate strategy into operational reality: aligning with cross-functional partners on process and policy, compiling requirements, and delivering efficient, scalable solutions from New Product Introduction (NPI) through End of Life (EOL). What you'll do: Support GTM initiatives and new product launches; be accountable for CPQ and NPI deliverables that drive product growth and improve sales productivity. Own the NPI Operations ticket queue and dashboards: triage, assign, track, and follow up to meet SLAs and prevent escalations; balance day-to-day support with small to medium projects. Regularly compile reports and provide clear status updates; communicate timelines, risks, and decisions to stakeholders. Deliver NPI releases and bug fixes based on priority; execute predefined processes independently and escalate for support or visibility when appropriate. Lead CPQ and NPI enhancements and initiatives end-to-end: requirements analysis, consensus-building, solution design, testing, documentation, training, and l
