The customers in your portfolio and your team's work directly determine how quickly Data and AI transform how they do business. As a DSA Manager, you set the technical strategy across your portfolio, decide where to invest your team's capacity, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and our Systems Integrator ecosystem to move use cases from kickoff to production. Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. The Role You'll join the team designing Okta for AI Agents — one of Okta's newest and most critical strategic initiatives, providing identity management, access control, and governance for AI agents and non-human identities. Our customers are IT and security admins, AI developers, and system architects who need to safely deploy and govern how AI agents interact with corporate data, tools, and production environments. As a designer on this team, you'll own key workflows end-to-end, from early-stage concepting of novel interaction models (there's no established pattern library for "agentic permissioning" yet) to hardening flows for scale as the product matures. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers, and work closely with our Principal and Staff designers, to turn ambiguous, highly technical agentic problems such as delegation, policy, audit, and trust boundaries between humans and agents into experiences that feel simple and safe. You'll be expected to bring sound design judgment to problems that don't have precedent to borrow from, and to actively experiment with how AI can be woven into your own design process, from exploration to prototyping. What you will do Own key workflows end-to-end, from early-stage concepting of novel interaction models, where few established patterns exist yet, through hardening and polishing flows as the product matures and scales to millions of customers. Bring a systems-think
