About the Team OpenAI’s Hardware organization develops AI-native silicon and system-level solutions for the unique demands of advanced AI workloads. Building on efforts like Jalapeño, the team is developing future generations of AI-native silicon and tightly integrated systems to power the next generation of frontier models. By co-designing chips, systems, tools, and methodologies, the team helps deliver faster, more efficient, and production-ready hardware for OpenAI’s supercomputing platform. About the Role You will define and build the CI/CD systems that qualify frontier models and the software stack running on OpenAI’s custom AI accelerators. Your work will make correctness, performance, and stability measurable on every change, from individual commits through production releases. This role spans model workloads, accelerator software, systems infrastructure, and developer productivity. You will establish scalable CI/CD, GitOps, and monorepo practices; design trustworthy regression and benchmarking pipelines; and partner with model, compiler, kernel, runtime, firmware, and hardware teams to shorten feedback loops without compromising production readiness. In this role, you will: Define the model CI strategy for frontier models running on OpenAI custom silicon and integrated accelerator systems. Build production CI/CD pipelines for functional regression, performance benchmarking, software stability, and release qualification. Design representative test matrices across models, configurations, hardware generations, software components, and deployment environments. Create reliable performance baselines, regression detection, bisect and triage workflows, and clear ownership for failures. Establish GitOps practices for reproducible configuration, promotion, rollback, auditability, and environment consistency. Shape monorepo architecture, dependency management, build and test boundaries, change validation, and developer workflows at scale. Develop scalable orchestration

Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI About Syllo Syllo is on a mission to transform litigation. Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. Since going to market, we have gained a diverse group of enterprise customers, including some of the biggest law firms and corporations in the country, and we are quickly expanding. By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit. About the Role We are seeking a skilled and fast-moving Applied AI Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on the practical application of AI, specifically leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), to build robust, scalable, and impactful user-facing features. This is an engineering-centric role. You will be an expert at building and integrating production systems, not primarily a research scientist. Responsibilities Design and build high-performance, production-level AI-powered features and services, with a focus on reliability and scalability. Develop robust engineering solutions to mitigate the inherent unreliability of LLMs. This includes implementing effective guardrails, validation pipelines, error handling, caching, and failover/fallback mechanisms to ensure a high-quality user experience even when the model misbehaves. Design long-running batch processing that is idempotent, resumable, and resilient to individual item failures. Focus on optimizing latency, throughput, and cost efficiency for all AI-powered services. Serve as an engineering expert in integrating models and data feeds with existing business logic and APIs. Define and implement evaluation for AI feature output quality, not only system correctness. Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing, to ensure the robus

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: The Host Pricing & Settings team builds the platform and tools that help hosts run their business — with pricing strategies informed by market intelligence, comparable listings, and demand signals. We partner with Search, Listings, Tax, and Payments to ensure our guidance is accurate, timely, and trusted. Behind every pricing recommendation is a sophisticated ML system undergoing a fundamental rearchitecture. Our north star: a serving infrastructure where training, inference, and evaluation are consistent by design — features from a centralized store, model composition in one place, and backfills available on demand so data scientists and MLEs can evaluate candidates in days, not weeks. The Difference You Will Make: As a senior technical individual contributor, you will own the technical strategy for the full Modeling → ML Serving → API interface across the Host Pricing org. Although you will be at one of our highest levels of seniority, all individual contributors at Airbnb are Software Engineers — you are expected to be hands-on and contribute code. Define the architecture and contracts governing how models move from development to production — feature store design, model schema management, online/offline inference consistency, and multi-version support. Lead the buildout of a unified serving stack that eliminates per-model one-off implementations and gives data scientists a turnkey path from training to production. Architect backfill and evaluation infrastructure so the modeling team can simulate production inference over historical data in days, not weeks. Establish do

POSITION SUMMARY Natera is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to set technical direction for, and hands-on build of, the Vector Store GenAI Platform that powers document intelligence and retrieval across our Real-World Data (RWD) organization. The platform ingests clinical documents from multiple sources, indexes them for high-quality search, and makes that content available to downstream AI workflows and business use cases across oncology and other clinical domains. This is a principal-level individual contributor role with architecture-plus-build ownership of retrieval, document processing, and ingestion systems. You will define platform strategy and sequencing, ship production code in a cloud environment, raise the reliability and quality of search and retrieval, and prove new approaches through POCs and benchmarks. You will partner with clinical, engineering, and product leaders to turn ambiguous priorities into a clear technical roadmap, establish standards for how retrieval serves agents and re-extraction workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in platform quality and operability—with high autonomy and limited day-to-day direction. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on engineering with a track record of owning complex AI platforms end to end. You set direction, implement critical path yourself, and elevate the technical bar across the teams that consume and extend the platform. RESPONSIBILITIES Own platform architecture and hands-on delivery for the Vector Store GenAI Platform, including search and retrieval, document processing and chunking, ingestion pipelines, and APIs that serve downstream AI workflows. Set technical direction for hybrid search and retrieval quality; evaluate embedding models and retrieval approaches through working implementations, POCs, and benchmarks, and drive adoption of what works in production. Advance document parsing and chunking so clinical content is indexed in a way that supports accurate, structured, and faceted retri
