At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. Lyft Urban Solutions designs, builds, and operates bikeshare systems in more than 50 cities worldwide, including New York, Chicago, London, Barcelona, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, and Montréal. Our Longueuil facility is the birthplace of BIXI, North America's first automated bikeshare system, and today builds the bikes and stations behind some of the world's largest bikeshare networks. We are looking for a Hardware Field Quality Engineer Intern to join our Field Quality team at our Longueuil facility. Once our bikes, e-bikes, batteries, and stations leave the factory, Field Quality owns how they hold up in the real world: millions of rides, all four seasons, in cities across the globe. You will work alongside field quality engineers to help spot emerging hardware issues, investigate their root cause, and support fixes with engineering, manufacturing, and market operations teams. You will spend time hands-on with failed parts in the lab, and just as much time in the data working out how big a problem really is. Responsibilities: Support failure analysis on parts returned from the field, including requests from enterprise customers, by helping with teardown, inspection, and electrical testing and documenting findings with photos. Help monitor field data, such as vehicle and station alerts and repair records, and flag emerging issues to the team. Build and update dashboards and queries that track reliability metrics and retrofit progress. Assist with field retrofit campaigns by helping identify affected units and tracking progress. Help review repair SOPs and troubleshooting guides used by market mechanics, and suggest improvements. Contribute to field failure investigations in Jira, working with engineers on root cause and corrective actions. Experience: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, at a Canadian university, gr

Every sales play, program change, funding update, and PRM release we build across MongoDB's partner ecosystem only creates value if the people who need to use it actually know how. We're looking for a Head of Partner Enablement to own that translation layer — end to end. This is a dual mandate: enabling our external partners (SIs, ISVs, and cloud partners) to sell, deliver, and support MongoDB effectively, and enabling our own internal partner organization (Sales Plays & Offerings, Partner Programs, Cloud & Hyperscaler Programs, and everyone else in the ecosystem function) to stay current on products, programs, and the frequent changes that come out of a fast-moving partner strategy. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and build the enablement function into the connective tissue for the entire partner organization — the team every other partner-facing role in this org relies on to actually land their work with the people who need it, inside MongoDB and out. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin or London for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do Own the enablement strategy — both audiences Define and own a single enablement strategy that explicitly covers two audiences: external partners (SIs, OEMs, Resellers, ISVs, cloud/hyperscaler partners) and MongoDB's own internal partner organization Build the operating model, governance, and content standards that keep both tracks coherent, current, and tied to the same underlying source of truth — rather than running as two disconnected efforts Prioritize enablement investment based on business impact: which sales plays, program changes, or PRM releases most urgently need enablement behind them Enable external partners Own partner onboarding, certification pathways (including MongoDB's SI Associate and SI Architect tracks), and ongoing training content that keeps partners current on MongoDB products, sales plays, and programs Partner with the Sales Plays & Offerings
