The Asana Marketing team fuels business growth across revenue marketing, product marketing, brand, content, advertising, and lifecycle programs. We build campaigns, content, and experiences that drive impact at scale. As our Senior Copywriter, you will be the definitive creative voice across Asana's Brand Creative team—shaping how the brand speaks across every channel, medium, and moment that matters. This is a leaderful role as much as a writing role: you will define and steward our brand voice, set the standard for copy quality across the creative team, and bring language to life across campaigns, performance ads, sizzle reels, demo video scripts, and more. You will work at the intersection of strategy and craft—partnering closely with art directors, designers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders—to translate briefs into work that is sharp, original, and unmistakably Asana. You will also be a teacher and force multiplier: codifying our voice in frameworks and guidelines others can apply, mentoring colleagues, and raising the bar for written communication across the Marketing organization. You bring deep conviction and active curiosity to your work, including a genuine interest in how AI can augment the craft of writing. You know how to use these tools intelligently without sacrificing creative ownership, and you build workflows that help the team move faster without compromising quality or your own originality. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About EviSmart EviSmart builds the automation layer that dental laboratories run on. A dental lab is a manufacturing operation. A case arrives from a dentist — a 3D scan of a patient's mouth and a prescription — and leaves as a crown, bridge, denture or night guard. In between sit a dozen manual steps: monitoring scanner portals, retyping cases into lab software, checking scan quality, interpreting handwritten prescriptions, designing the restoration. We automate that pipeline. Our software connects to 15 intraoral scanner portals and more than five lab management systems, pulls cases the moment they arrive, reads the prescription, maps it into the lab's own product catalogue, checks the scan, and routes it to design. We serve roughly 6,000 customers across 28 countries from offices in Vancouver, Manila, Seoul and Shenzhen. The automation works. It does not yet work well enough, consistently enough, to run unattended — and closing that gap is the highest-leverage technical problem in the company. What you'll do Establish measurement. Build per-model, per-customer, per-category accuracy reporting that Product and Sales can act on. Nothing else you do matters until this exists. Build the correction flywheel. Capture the quality-control corrections our customers already make, turn them into structured, versioned training data, and close the loop with human review where confidence is low. Standardize the squads. One deploym

Developer Advocate We’re looking for an experienced Developer Advocate in our Vancouver Office. Our work informs teams at every level of the company and drives key roadmap decisions. Asana’s developer platform is growing, and we need a credible external voice in the developer and AI community. This role is about presence, trust, and distribution. You will represent Asana in the spaces where developers and builders actually live: on social media, at conferences, in forums, and through the content you create, and you will represent those developers at Asana. We’re looking for the kind of person other developers follow because they consistently reinforce a trusted feedback loop between developers and the companies they’re building with. We need someone who can speak with real authority on agents and agentic workflows — and can articulate, better than anyone outside the company, how Asana creates value in an agentic world. If people in your corner of the developer community already look to you for approaches to AI, agentic workflows, and/or productivity tooling, we want to talk.
