On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About the role Our dentist business is being rebuilt, and we need someone who actually knows digital dentistry to stand beside our customers while we do it. Right now, dentists who send us digital cases are largely unsupported. There's no one dedicated to following up after a case comes in, answering design questions before they become problems, or helping a practice get more out of the platform. That work currently sits with one person who is also covering the lab side and simply doesn't have the hours. You would own it. You are the person a dentist talks to about their case — the one who understands what makes a case good, can say so plainly, and can push back when a clinician has it wrong. This is not a design seat. You are not producing the cases yourself. What you'll do Talk to dentists. Proactive follow-up after cases are submitted, consultation when they have questions, troubleshooting when something goes wrong. Review cases. Assess case quality and design architecture, and advise on how to get better outcomes. Grow existing accounts. Work with practices already sending to us on how to send more, and more of the right kind. Feed the product. Bring what you hear from dentists back to marketing, engineering, and product so the platform keeps improving. Spot the advocates. Identify customers who could become key opinion leaders for the business. What success looks like In your first 6–12 months, ranked: Increase case volume from existing dentist customers by 25% Build genuine working relationships across the customer base Identify and develop customer KOLs for the business What you'll decide on your own You'll own the day-to-day: who to call, what to escalate, what gets discussed with customers, and small refunds and credits. Larger refunds go to your manager. This role does not manage people. What we need from you Hands-on digital case design experience. You have designe

Must be based in Vancouver The role We're hiring a dedicated data engineer to own the production data platform that our delivery, product, and engineering teams run on; designing integrated, governed data pipelines and delivering automated reporting, AI-assisted workflows, and predictive signals on top of them. You'll write production code, design systems, own CI/CD, and be accountable for the correctness of data that leaders make decisions on. What you'll do Design and operate our cloud data platform: ingestion, transformation, orchestration and serving. Integrate data from across the business (delivery tooling, CRM, product telemetry, finance, support and customer feedback systems) with shared identifiers, data contracts and lineage. Build automated and continuously refreshed reporting so teams manage by exception rather than chasing status. Connect approved AI agents to governed data with structured outputs, provenance, guardrails and human approval in the loop. Build feature pipelines and the MLOps controls behind predictive use cases: tests, versioning, promotion gates and drift monitoring. Own the engineering standards for data: testing, observability, environment promotion, PII classification and access control. What you'll bring Strong software engineering fundamentals: production-quality code, API and interface design, testing discipline, systems design. Real experience building and operating production data platforms on a cloud warehouse or lakehouse (Snowflake and AWS preferred) with dbt and a modern orchestrator. Practical AI tooling experience: something shipped, not prototyped. LLM-backed classification, extraction or structured-output pipelines; agent and tool-calling workflows; retrieval; evals. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St The Real Talk Right now we've got four product pillars that need coordination, Product Managers (Revenue Engineers) who need unblocking, and frankly, we need someone who can run with this independently. If you're looking for a well-defined role with clear swim lanes and quarterly OKRs already mapped out, this isn't it. But if you've done product leadership at a vertical SaaS company or a services-to software hybrid where you had to figure out a complex domain on the fly, we should talk. What's Actually Going On Here One of the biggest challenges dental labs face is administrative chaos. We build the software, outsourced CAD design, and workflow automation that fixes that. A Command Center is the surface a specific person in a dental lab — the designer, the QC tech, the shipping coordinator — is supposed to start their day in. The measure of whether one worked isn't whether it shipped. It's whether the person whose job it was built for opens it in a normal week. Two things are missing between here and there. Nobody has written the spec that says what a Command Center must contain, what's optional, and what stops it shipping. And nobody is in the labs finding out what those jobs actually look like. You'd own both. What You'll Own Own the Command Center framework: Write the spec - what every Command Center must have, what's optional, what stops it from shipping Get into dental labs in person and create products tailored to them Measure it on whether the lab role it was built for actually uses in a normal week Keep the pillars coordinated: Unified Digital Intake (our wedge product) AI-Powered Quality Control (RX and scan validation) EviSmart Comm (case communication - this one's urgent, competitive pressure) Autonomous CAD (AI-powered design
