About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, Paypal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We’re backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CTO. This is not an entry-level EA role or an office management position. We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct experience supporting C-suite or senior engineering/technology leaders at high-growth startups or fast-scaling technology companies. You should understand the rhythms of an engineering organization and be comfortable operating in a technical environment. You would be based in Bangalore and report to the COO. You will be the CTO's primary point of operational support: managing his calendar, coordinating across engineering leads, preparing materials for technical reviews and planning sessions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the operational machinery of the engineering organization runs smoothly. The right person for this role has supported senior technology leaders at companies that were growing fast — where sprint cycles, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional dependencies are part of the daily landscape. If your experience is primarily at large, stable corporations or in non-technical environments, this will feel very different. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CTO's calendar across global time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring time allocation aligns to engineering and product priorities. Coordinate across engineering leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakehol

About the Role We are building a new class of clinical-grade AI agents powered by a foundational model that unifies 3D volumetric medical data and textual reasoning . These agents will assist with radiology workflows, treatment planning, case summarization, longitudinal patient analysis, and human-in-the-loop clinical decision support. In this role, you will design the agent layer that transforms a powerful multimodal foundation model into a safe, reliable, adaptive medical assistant capable of analyzing 3D scans, retrieving past cases, explaining findings, and coordinating multi-step reasoning chains. This position is ideal for researchers from multimodal/VLM/CLIP ecosystems who want to move up the stack into autonomous medical reasoning , multimodal alignment, and real-world clinical impact. Answering radiology questions, generating report drafts, and performing differential reasoning. Retrieving similar prior cases using contrastive embeddings. Synthesizing multi-instance evidence across scans, labs, and notes. Executing multi-step “clinical workflows”—image → analysis → summary → recommendation. Integrate clinical agents with the 3D foundation model’s representations, enabling structured medical reasoningand contextual memory across longitudinal data. Develop evaluation frameworks for trustworthiness, interpretability, calibration, and clinical safety. Collaborate with clinicians and scientists to co-design tasks, datasets, and validation protocols. Benchmark models against open and proprietary datasets: MIMIC, CheXpert, MosMed, LiTS, BraTS, and India-specific clinical corpora. Publish findings at top-tier venues (MICCAI, NeurIPS, AAAI, EMNLP).
