Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana About the Team Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) sit at the center of global trade. Freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs touch millions of shipments and connect shippers, suppliers, and governments. The LSP Platform team builds the products that let these companies run on Altana's network, so they can screen and clear shipments faster, protect their customers from risk and delays, and offer new trade intelligence services to the shippers they serve. About the Role As an Agent Product Manager, you'll be working closely with our strategic LSP customers in-country, working from their offices, alongside their brokers, compliance analysts, operations leads, and IT teams. You are the product owner for Altana within the account: you understand how their business actually runs, decide what Altana should do for them, and make sure it gets deployed, adopted, and expanded. You'll partner closely with our Technical Account Managers to set the strategic direction and roadmap for each account. Together, you'll define where Altana fits in the customer's operations today, where it should go over the next 12 to 24 months, and what it takes to get there. You own the product vision for the account and the outcomes it produces. You Will Work onsite with customers. Spend significant time at customer sites, learning their business models, operations, and customer relationships across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage, including the workarounds nobody writes down. Build a deep understanding of LSP business models, operations, and customer relationships across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage, and turn that into clear product priorities. Set success metrics tied to customer impact, such as fewer holds and detentions, faster clearance, lower compliance co

Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong. We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters. In this role you will Lead and grow the team Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices Own support outcomes Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster Run AI-assisted support Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand

Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana The Engineering team is responsible for building out the product for bringing this vision to life. We are creating a platform fundamentally driven by AI, which scales to a massive trove of data, and a diverse customer base; it is a complex system that will stretch engineering in many directions. Shipping products that customers actually adopt, not just products that ship, takes a particular kind of engineering practice. It means starting inside the customer’s workflow rather than at the ticket. It means treating every release as a hypothesis you can prove or disprove. It means reaching for AI as a primary building block, not a feature you bolt on at the end. And it means owning a product end‑to‑end, from the first conversation through the telemetry six months later. As a Senior Engineer at Altana, that’s the work and you’ll lead others doing it. You’ll embed with product and design, get on calls with users, form hypotheses about where the real pain is, and lead a small team turning those hypotheses into shipped, adopted products. You’ll measure your work in customer outcomes, not commits. You Will Spend real time with customers. Sit alongside them in their workflows, watch where they get stuck, and translate what you learn into product bets your team is willing to ship behind. Partner with the product team to decide what to build, not just how . Form hypotheses about customer value, design the smallest experiment that could prove them out, and learn fast. Push back on briefs that aren’t grounded in evidence. Take new product surfaces from 0 to 1. Pitch, prototype, ship, and drive adoption with real users. You are as fluent in “did this land?” as you are in “is this maintainable?” Build AI‑native by default . LLMs, agents, evals, r
