About the Team & Role: We're building SAGE , Rubrik's Semantic AI Governance Engine, which is the first system designed to monitor, govern, and remediate autonomous AI agents in real time. SAGE powers Rubrik Agent Cloud: enterprises define governance policies in natural language, and SAGE's custom small language models act as judges on every agent action. These models are fast enough to sit in the live request path and accurate enough that customers trust them with allow/block decisions on production traffic. At its core, SAGE is "LLM-as-judge" applied to AI governance, utilizing the same technique most teams use for offline evaluation but productionized for real-time enforcement at enterprise scale. Our first-generation SLM Policy Guard already outperforms the larger frontier models we've benchmarked against on accuracy while running approximately 5x faster on the same workload. We're hiring to push that lead even further. As an Applied ML Engineer on the SAGE team, you'll work end-to-end across the model lifecycle: curating data, training small models, serving them at production latency, and closing the feedback loop with real customer signals. The models you build don't just enforce policies in the live request path; they will also drive Agent Rewind, Rubrik's capability to instantly and precisely undo destructive autonomous-agent actions and restore the affected data to a trusted state. We're a collaborative, applied team that ships models to enterprise customers within weeks, and we're passionate about proving that small, specialized models can outperform frontier LLMs at the problems that matter most for AI safety and governance. Nature of the Specialized Duties ➢ Training, Fine-Tuning, and Distilling Production Small Language Models and Classifiers (25% of time) Owning the full training lifecycle for the SLMs and classifiers in SAGE's real-time enforcement path, including base-model selection, supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization (DPO/RLA

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: As a Developer Platform engineer, you will directly contribute to the foundational pieces that make Notion extensible and connected. You will build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that help customers connect Notion to the world — bringing their apps, data, and workflows into one workspace. Your work will make it easier for developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion. You will be a key player in building the robust technical foundation that allows Notion to achieve the connected workspace vision. Your work will include both internal platform contributions that accelerate other Notion engineering teams and end-user-facing functionality that enables toolmaking ubiquity. You will be presented with challenging technical problems, as Notion’s product needs are complex. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing against technical investments that ensure the long-term quality, reliability, and performance of Notion’s platform as we scale. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursd
Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana The Engineering team is responsible for building out the product for bringing this vision to life. We are creating a platform fundamentally driven by AI, which scales to a massive trove of data, and a diverse customer base; it is a complex system that will stretch engineering in many directions. Shipping products that customers actually adopt, not just products that ship, takes a particular kind of engineering practice. It means starting inside the customer’s workflow rather than at the ticket. It means treating every release as a hypothesis you can prove or disprove. It means reaching for AI as a primary building block, not a feature you bolt on at the end. And it means owning a product end‑to‑end, from the first conversation through the telemetry six months later. As a Staff Engineer at Altana, that’s the work and you’ll lead others doing it. You’ll embed with product and design, get on calls with users, form hypotheses about where the real pain is, and lead a small team turning those hypotheses into shipped, adopted products. You’ll measure your work in customer outcomes, not commits. You Will Spend real time with customers. Sit alongside them in their workflows, watch where they get stuck, and translate what you learn into product bets your team is willing to ship behind. Partner with the product team to decide what to build, not just how . Form hypotheses about customer value, design the smallest experiment that could prove them out, and learn fast. Push back on briefs that aren’t grounded in evidence. Take new product surfaces from 0 to 1. Pitch, prototype, ship, and drive adoption with real users. What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. When our detection pipeline raises a signal, an LLM-based agent picks it up and investigates it end-to-end. It gathers telemetry across our products, reconstructs what happened, and makes a well-documented determination about whether the activity is malicious. Over time, it will take on more of the work itself, growing from resolving routine cases to acting fast when it finds an attack and handing analysts cases with the evidence already assembled. This system is meant to augment our analysts, not replace them. It takes the high-volume, repetitive work off their plates so they can focus on complex cases and hands-on keyboard intrusions where human expertise matters most. It also reduces toil in

SLSQ427R611 The Impact You Will Have The pace of Data and AI is outrunning how most teams enable their field. Our Field has distinct roles, tenures, segments, industries, and regions. The problem? Generic enablement doesn’t meet their needs. In this role, you will help Databricks revolutionize the way we enable by building the strategy, plan, process, and engine that turns globally applicable enablement into targeted tracks for every seller. At Databricks, we are all builders. Partnering with the Global Sales Enablement team and Enablement Partners in-region, you will ship the apps, AI skills, and processes that make this a reality for our Field. This is an individual-contributor role; you lead through cross-functional influence and what you build.
