About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. Dasher Financial is our bet that the financial system serving gig workers should be built by the platform they already work on. From instant access to earnings, to bill pay and savings, to credit-building tools, our goal is to become the financial home for Dashers. Our banking product serves 2M+ monthly active Dashers, and the business has more than doubled in the past year. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager to run our banking business, and to grow into the GM of it. This is a business already at scale: millions of users, it generates real revenue, and it runs on a regulated program with a sponsor bank and processor partners. But the business is also early enough that the decisions you make will help determine what this becomes. The first twelve months are about making the business stronger on every axis at once: growing the user base and the revenue levers that already work, taking down the cost to serve, and pulling more of the banking operation under our own control. These three pull against each other, and deciding how to trade them off against the P&L is the job. You'll also be the face of this business outside the company. Our processor, program manager, and sponsor bank determine what we can build, how fast, and at what cost. You'll own those relationships, hold partners to what they committed to, and sit at the table when we negotiate the next set of terms. This is a commercial role as much as an operational one. And you'll lead the team that runs it, hiring and developing operators who own their surfaces while staying hands-on yourself. At this stage the person running the business is still personally in the data, in the partner rooms, and in the details of how the machine actually works. You will: Own the P&L - user growth, revenue per user, and cost to serve Build the operating model for a regulated financial produ

Rosalind Workbench brings together the scientific tools, data sources, interactive biology file viewers and core life sciences workflows into a central environment to help scientists investigate questions, design experiments, analyze results, and advance discovery. NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group is the team that gets every GPU, SoC, and CPU silicon program from first power-on to high-volume production. We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Test, Manufacturability, Reliability & Quality (TMRQ) organization. This is not a coordination role . Your work decides if a product can be built at scale and trusted in the field. These include production test development (SLT, BLT), control run flow, system reliability stress (HTOL), platform- and board-level manufacturing issue closure, and field diagnostic test development. You lead a team of individual contributors and a first-line manager at the layer where silicon, platform, and software collide with manufacturing reality. Decisions you make show up in yield curves, production ramp , and customer escapes. You are the leader the program turns to when a build is stuck, a control run is fallout-heavy, or a field return points back at silicon . The exceptional hire also uses AI deliberately — with demonstrated workflow impact and the judgment to know where it compresses real work and where it introduces risk. What you will be doing: Keep programs moving. Own the technical execution and velocity of SLT, BLT, Board/Chip/Rack CR, and system reliability stress (HTOL) across every GPU, SoC, and CPU silicon program. Close the hardest multi-functional failures. Resolve Vmin and binning escapes, performance shortfalls, and power anomalies by driving root-cause across design, methodology, DFT, ATE, package, software/firmware, and manufacturing — and own the WARs and productized fixes through to confirmation. Give leadership the clarity to act. Convert raw integration signals — CR fallout, BLT/SLT yield, SHTOL/CHTOL data, RMA trends, customer escalations — into decision-ready options that enable executive leadership to act with confidence on POR, QS/PS gates, a

We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us! Your opportunity AI is a top strategic priority for New Relic, and the Bengaluru design team is at the center of it. The team works across three closely related product clusters: autonomous incident response (SRE Agent, Autopilot, and Intelligent RCA), the intelligence and platform layer that powers them (Ground Truth, Agentic Platform, and New Relic AI), and AIOps for event correlation and incident management. These products share a common design challenge: users need to trust systems that act autonomously, and building that trust through good design is genuinely hard work. This is an on-site role in Bengaluru. Your designers are there, and many of your engineering and product partners are too. Being present — in standups, reviews, and the quick conversations before a decision gets made — is part of how you'll build the relationships that make design effective. You'll also collaborate with design, product, and engineering partners in the US and Spain, so operating across time zones and communicating well in writing are part of the job. You'll manage a small team of designers and own the quality of the work across these products. The design questions here don't have established answers — how do you make an autonomous system legible? How do you build user trust in AI-generated root cause analysis? How do you design a handoff from machine decision to human judgment? If you're already working in AI product design, or actively building toward it, and you want to lead a team
