Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We give companies one unified platform for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury and financial services, replacing fragmented local integrations with a single infrastructure layer. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. About the Job Xendit is going from a Southeast Asian payments provider to a global one. Every new market we want to sell in has to exist before it can be sold in: an entity, a licence or a licensed partner, bank accounts, and live rails. This role owns that. You will help decide which markets we enter, build the case that gets them funded, choose whether we build, buy, or partner for the licence, and then run the entry end to end until the market is licensed, funded, connected, and handed over to a country commercial lead. You will do it as a repeatable playbook rather than a one-off project, so the second market is faster than the first and the fifth is faster than the second. The role sits in Financial Partnerships and reports into its leadership, with direct exposure to the CRO and CEO, who sponsor this mandate. It carries no formal authority over the functions it depends on — Legal, Compliance, Risk, Corporate Secretarial, Treasury, Product, Finance — and every timeline you own runs through them. Influence, preparation, and follow-through are the job. We are hiring this role at manager through lead level. We will scope the mandate, the market load, and the title to the person we hire rather than the other way around. Responsibilities Market intelligence: Screen and rank candidate markets on market size, regulatory openness, payment rails, competitive density, and merchant demand. Maintain a live pipeline and a decision-ready entry book per market. Business case and investment decision: Build the cost-to-

Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists The merchant lifecycle: onboarding, activation, and lifecycle across many surfaces, where consistency and reusability matter as much as any single flow. This role does double duty: raise the craft on the merchant lifecycle experience, and own the design system that keeps that experience coherent as the domain scales. You are the person who both designs the hard flow and builds the pattern that keeps the next ten from drifting. What you'll own Product design in the Operational Journey cluster: onboarding, dashboard, and KYC-heavy lifecycle flow, reconciling clarity with compliance requirements. Design system consolidation (your first mission): take the existing design system, analyze and diagnose it, consolidate and document it properly, and establish tokens and patterns the whole team can build on. Design standards across the domain: you set the quality bar and guide design decisions in areas without a dedicated designer yet, including the developer-experience surface, through standards and critique, not by producing every screen. Mentorship: you raise the craft of other designers on the team when needed. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle. You are the senior design owner in the domain at the outset, setting standards, shipping craft, and building the system others rely on. Your time splits between product work and system consolidation, weighted toward the system early while the foundation is built, then rebalancing toward product.

About the opportunity N26 is looking for a Head of Product - Core Banking Systems to partner with our Engineering, Treasury, Risk, and Banking Operations teams. In this role, you will own the Core Banking Systems product roadmap and lead a team of product & business managers delivering foundational capabilities that power N26 — from rapid product configuration to balance sheet infrastructure and regulatory reporting. You will work at the intersection of Core Banking architecture, financial data integrity, and compliance on one side, and real-world banking and product challenges on the other. Your mission is to transform Core Banking Systems from a cost center into a composable platform that enables product managers to configure and launch products in days, embeds compliance by design, and lays the foundation for growth beyond N26. You will be the connective tissue between technical platform excellence and business outcomes, ensuring that our core engine powers flawless banking across N26 and eventually external financial institutions. In this role, you will: Own and drive the Core Systems product roadmap across Product Enablement (lending, deposits, payments gateway) and Balance Sheet Infrastructure (financial data products, treasury, books & accounting), balancing near-term execution with long-term strategic horizons. Partner closely with N26 Product Segments and functional stakeholders across Treasury, Credit Risk, Risk Controlling, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting on priorities, planning cycles, and shared OKRs. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Core Banking initiatives — from self-service product enablement and third-party vendor in-housing through migration, platform scalability, and iteration. Define and roll out core platform best practices across the organization — including product configuration standards (Product Factory), ledger data integrity, evaluation frameworks, and progressive rollout guardrails. Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists Designing for developers is a distinct craft. The interface is often the dashboard, the API reference, the sandbox, the error states, and the logs, information-dense surfaces for a technical audience with little patience for friction. This role makes the developer's experience clear, fast, and trustworthy across those surfaces. What you'll own Product design for the developer dashboard and integration surfaces. Information design for docs and API reference, in partnership with Engineering and content. Error states, empty states, sandbox and testing flows, the moments where developers get stuck. Discovery with developers, and close collaboration with the DevEx PM and Engineering. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and are embedded with the Developer Experience PM and Engineering as the design owner for developer-facing surfaces. You adopt and extend the domain design system rather than owning it, partnering with the senior design-system lead on shared patterns, so your time is weighted toward product work from the start. The domain works from validated findings rather than assumptions and values direct, candid critique. What we're looking for Product-design craft with evidence of designing for technical, developer, or data-dense products. A portfolio is a must. Comfort with information-dense UI, dashboards, tables, complex states. The ability to partner closely with engineers. You work well alongside technical teams. A strong plus:
