At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. We're building a function that embeds education directly into the account motion — not as a post-sale afterthought, but as a deliberate strategy to accelerate time-to-value, reduce friction in expansion conversations, and protect consumption in accounts that matter most. The Customer Activation Partner for Japan & Korea will embed education into the account motion across a defined set of top accounts in both markets. This is not as a support function, but a deliberate strategy to accelerate adoption, reduce time-to-value, and surface the expansion signals that matter to the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working directly with account teams, customers, and regional delivery resources to build education plans that drive measurable consumption outcomes. And you'll serve as the primary voice connecting what's happening on the gro
