About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Merchant Acquisition Specialist who will join our In-store Operations team and will be responsible for signing new businesses and inspecting our in-store marketing efforts at Tamara’s partner stores. The role involves being on the ground and visiting new and existing merchants. It’s ideal for an energetic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic start-up environment. Your Responsibilities: Active Merchant Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations, introducing the company's services or products and explaining the benefits of partnership. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants, understanding their unique needs and challenges to position the company's offerings as valuable solutions. On-Site Demonstrations: Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partners
