Private offer intelligence
Offer Letter Analyzer
Turn a compensation document into a decision: identify CTC, fixed and variable pay, bonuses and notice terms, estimate take-home, then compare the offer with Jobiba’s live role/location salary evidence.
Private document check
Upload or paste your offer letter
PDF, DOCX, DOC or text. Jobiba parses the document in memory, does not save the uploaded file, does not return raw text, and does not send this first-pass extraction to an AI model.
Headline CTC is not guaranteed cash
Variable pay, employer PF, gratuity and one-time bonuses can make two identical CTC figures feel very different in monthly take-home. Break the structure apart before comparing offers.
A big hike can still be below market
If your current salary is already below the role/location median, a 25% or 30% hike can still leave the new offer below comparable Jobiba market evidence.
Read extraction like a reviewer
Compensation tables in PDFs are messy. Jobiba shows confidence and warnings instead of silently pretending every extracted amount is correct. Verify the source document before accepting or rejecting an offer.
Common offer-letter questions
Does Jobiba save my offer letter?
This analyzer is designed to parse the uploaded document in memory and return structured compensation fields. The offer-analysis API sets no-store headers and does not persist the uploaded file or extracted raw text.
Does Jobiba send the offer to an AI model?
Not in this first-pass analyzer. PDF/DOCX text extraction and compensation-field matching are deterministic. That keeps the feature available even when an AI provider is unavailable and reduces unnecessary exposure of private compensation documents.
Can the analyzer be wrong?
Yes. PDF tables can be extracted in the wrong reading order and employers label compensation differently. Jobiba deliberately shows warnings when the numbers look inconsistent instead of treating the parser as payroll truth.
What should I compare after parsing the offer?
Start with fixed recurring pay, realistic variable payout, monthly take-home, joining/retention conditions and notice or buyout costs. Then compare the resulting CTC with the role/location market rather than looking only at percentage hike.
Finish the decision, not just the extraction.
An offer document is one input. Use the comparison, switch-cost and negotiation tools to understand first-year cash, market position and whether the move actually improves your financial and career position.
