Location: hybrid, based at one of our UK offices: London, Cardiff, or Manchester. The Role As a key member of the Global People Operations team, the UK People Operations Coordinator provides end-to-end operational HR support across a diverse UK portfolio. The role has primary employee-lifecycle ownership for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, and coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting. As a first point of contact for employees and managers, the role holder manages a broad range of enquiries, transactions and cases, applying sound judgement, resilience and a strong service mindset. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with HR generalist experience who can build effective stakeholder relationships, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities to simplify and improve how services are delivered. Responsibilities Own and manage the employee lifecycle for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, including onboarding, probation, family leave, absence and wellbeing cases, Visa and immigration, job and contractual changes, internal transfers and offboarding.
