Your role: Initiate, plan, and execute multi-discipline projects in accordance with agreed specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing requirements, and quality standards, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Manage and balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle while monitoring and optimizing the business case to maximize organizational value and impact. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and customer feedback, proactively address issues, and provide detailed project progress, risk, and escalation reporting to senior management and steering committees. Apply and reinforce Philips project management standards and methodologies, including the Philips Business System (PBS), Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), PMBOK, and SAFe, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with organizational expectations and industry best practices.
