THE ROLE As a member of the Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of supply intelligence, demand forecasting, and cross-functional execution, turning a complex, fast-moving hardware market into a predictable, reliable foundation for our customers and internal engineering teams. This is not a purely analytical role. You will own the end-to-end capacity planning process: from translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete supply requirements, to coordinating fulfillment across vendors, finance, and the infrastructure team, to building the systems that make all of this repeatable and scalable. When supply is constrained and tradeoffs are unavoidable, you are the person in the room who can model the options, make a clear recommendation, and drive alignment fast. You are a strong fit if you have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution before — someone who is equally comfortable building a capacity model in a spreadsheet and running a cross-functional war room when a customer deployment is at risk. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Demand-Supply Alignment Framework: Build and own the process that translates customer pipeline, signed commitments, and growth projections into a forward-looking GPU demand signal — so the team is never caught flat-footed when a customer scales faster than expected. About the Team OpenAI's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team partners across the company to enable safe, responsible growth. This role will be a senior EHS partner to our robotics operations as our operating footprint expands. You will work closely with Robotics, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Workplace, Construction, Security, People, Legal, and external partners to integrate safety into how our facilities are designed, built, staffed, and operated. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manager, EHS - Robotics to provide senior, hands-on safety leadership across multiple sites. This role is for an experienced EHS leader who can operate independently in a fast-moving technical environment, anticipate risk before it becomes an incident, and build practical safety systems that scale with the business. Our robotics operations are scaling quickly, with a growing mix of construction, commissioning, workforce expansion, and around-the-clock operations. This creates a complex and evolving risk environment and requires strong preventive planning, consistent field presence, and sustained incident-management oversight. This leader will own site-level EHS strategy and execution for the robotics portfolio while partnering with the broader EHS team on company-wide standards and programs. The successful candidate will look around corners: planning for future ramps, identifying requirements early, influencing design and operating decisions, and creating durable systems that enable teams to move quickly without compromising safety. In this role you will: Serve as a senior EHS partner across robotics R&D operations, owning site-level safety strategy, priorities, and execution as the footprint scales. Anticipate EHS requirements for new operations, equipment, processes, construction phases, staffing ramps, and 24/7 operations, and translate them into practical plans before work begins. Lead proactive risk identification and control across robotics activities, incl

The Role: SoFi's Cyber Defense organization is looking for an Offensive Security Lead to mature and grow our Penetration Testing and Red Team functions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent years both doing the work and building the program around it — someone equally comfortable running a red team engagement against a critical banking platform and designing the operating model that lets a small team of offensive operators keep pace with a fast-growing fintech. A defining part of this role is modernizing how the team scales. We're looking for a leader who has already built and implemented AI-assisted penetration testing and red teaming programs — using AI tooling to accelerate reconnaissance, exploit development, attack-path analysis, and reporting — and who can bring that experience to bear on the program. You'll own the strategy, staffing, tooling, and execution quality of both disciplines, report into Cyber Defense leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to engineering, product, and risk partners across the company. What You’ll Do: Lead and unify Penetration Testing and Red Team into a single, cohesive Offensive Security function — shared standards, shared tradecraft, shared reporting, distinct missions. Set and execute the offensive security roadmap, aligning testing scope

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the Senior Product Manager, Design Systems at Vanta, you'll own the product strategy and roadmap for how every team builds Vanta's interface. Your mission is to build the horizontal tooling that lets product, engineering, and design teams create consistent, high-quality user experiences faster, so they can spend more of their time on their customers. To be successful, you’ll need to have a high level of product taste and be able to set and hold the line for high quality and easy to use products. All while working closely with your engineering and design manager partners. You'll be part of Vanta's Platform organization, which builds the foundational primitives and craft layer the rest of the product is built on. This is the first dedicated Design Systems PM role at Vanta, so you'll help shape the function itself, not just the roadmap. It's a high-autonomy, highly cross-functional role at the center of how Vanta looks, feels, and scales. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Design Systems at Vanta: Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend, spanning the design system and the front-end platform, and ladder durable platform investments to company initiatives so design and engineering can focus on customers. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 Summary: You'll own ClickUp's social strategy and build the systems to execute it at scale. You build AI-powered workflows and automation to operationalize your strategy so it runs continuously, learns from data, and scales beyond what any team could do manually. You're a social-native operator who builds systems, not an engineer who dabbles in social. Responsibilities: Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels: define what ClickUp's voice, format, and engagement approach looks like on each, tailored to what works on that platform Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with, and move fast enough to capitalize on them Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows to execute social strategy at scale: monitoring, engagement, response, and content distribution Create feedback loops between social performance data and strategy; use signal to iterate what gets made and how it gets distributed Own proactive engagement: identify and engage relevant conversations, mentions, and opportunities using AI-powered monitoring and automated response workflows Develop automated systems that handle routine engagement while escalating high-value or brand-sensitive conversations to humans Own execution end-to-end: strategy through measurement, with clear accountability for out
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're looking for an AI-native product growth lead to own Replit's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine as the single DRI. This is an IC role for someone who builds systems, not just campaigns. Someone who uses AI and automation aggressively to do what traditionally requires an entire team. You don't need an engineering background. You need the instinct to build: when you see a repetitive task, you reach for Replit or an API before you reach for a spreadsheet. You'll have data science and data engineering partners for infrastructure and modeling, and brand marketing will set creative direction. Your job is to turn that direction into a closed-loop optimization system: a self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost. Each cycle, the system gets smarter. That's the engine you'll build and own. The ideal candidate has deep channel expertise across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle, but their real edge is building AI-powered workflows that scale creative production, automate measurement, and compound institutional knowledge. You Will Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search & social, ASO, and lifecycle Build a self-improving creative engine: AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration that scales without scaling headcount Maintain a persistent knowledge layer so every experiment, result, and creative insight compounds automatically into the next cycle Own conversion signal quality end-to-end: right events, right audiences, right attribution, partnering with DE on the infrastructure Run a structured experimentation program wher
