About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About this role At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we are, where we're going, and how to make better decisions along the way. We are looking for a Director of FP&A to build and own the core financial planning and operating rhythms for the company. You will lead company-wide forecasting and planning, management and Board reporting, headcount planning, and FP&A's partnership with Accounting during the close. You will also be a senior business partner to leaders across Sentry, helping translate company strategy into financial plans and operating decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role. Many of the processes you will own are being rebuilt, so we're looking for someone who has designed great FP&A processes—not just inherited and operated them. You'll be expected to get into the details, build where necessary, and quickly develop enough context and trust to run your areas with a high degree of independence. You will report to the VP of Finance & Strategy and manage an FP&A Manager focused on company spend, including cloud and AI infrastructure costs. In this role you will Own Sentry's company-wide forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes, including the consolidated financial model and corporate roll-up. Build a clear and repeatable operating cadence around forecasts, budget-to-actual performance, variance analysis, and communication of financial results. You will help the broader team build fluency in implementation flows, EDA tooling, signoff methodology, and the trade-offs that shape physical design decisions in practice. Over time, we expect this role to expand beyond SME support into broader FDE ownership: partnering directly with customers, shaping deployment strategy, building and iterating production-grade AI systems, driving technical workstreams, and helping turn high-touch semiconductor deployments into repeatable solutions. This is a strong fit for someone who brings deep physical design expertise today and is excited to grow into a customer-facing, syst

About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. We create programs that bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective closer to the priorities, decisions, and work of enterprise customers. Some of the most consequential opportunities cannot be served by adapting an existing campaign, event, or playbook. They require a new model: a way for customers to experience what is possible, learn by doing, and turn insight into action. Our team builds and scales those models across markets. About the Role We are looking for a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. You will shape the experience thesis, build and test the first version, and help determine whether the work should become part of a broader repeatable program, remain bespoke, or stop. This role focuses on incubation: developing new experiences, strengthening consequential customer moments, and creating the principles and materials needed for durable ownership. Your initial focus will be helping bring a new flagship, hands-on enterprise customer experience to life in San Francisco, developing new executive and practitioner formats around it, and supporting selected strategic-account interventions where a differentiated approach is needed. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for a builder who combines customer and commercial judgment with original program design and excellent execution. You will work across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Research, Solutions, Design, Events, Operations, regional marketing, and executive teams. You will be expected to make clear choices, build directly, and stay close to the work until the model is proven and ready for durable ownership. This role is based in San Francisco.
