The AI Engineer, People Technology is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that transform work across the People Organization. This role combines software engineering, AI development, and HR domain expertise to build intelligent applications, automations, and agents that improve employee experiences, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate workforce transformation. The opportunity As a founding enterprise AE, you'll build the playbook for how we break into and grow enterprise accounts. You'll take deals from first conversation through close and expansion alongside our AI Strategist.You'll serve as the strategic advisor to the biggest and fastest growing companies in the world including Uber, Figma, Service Now, Snowflake and Rippling. Every deal cycle doubles as a product feedback loop and helps us make the product better, faster.
