The Opportunity Our PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platform is the operating system for MongoDB's entire partner ecosystem — the system partners and internal teams rely on for onboarding, deal registration, enablement content, incentives, and reporting. We're looking for a Director, Business Product Manager to own the business vision and requirements for this platform: the strategic counterpart to the engineering/IT team that builds it. This is a business-side role — you won't be writing code — but you need to understand PRM deeply enough to translate partner and internal stakeholder needs into a clear product vision, a prioritized roadmap, and requirements engineering can build against. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and work as the connective tissue between the partner organization (Sales Plays & Offerings, Programs, Enablement, Digital Process & AI Operations) and the engineering/IT teams who build and maintain the platform. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Engineering Acceleration team builds products that multiply the effectiveness of OpenAI’s technical teams, helping engineers, researchers, and product teams understand complex systems, learn from what they ship, and operate reliably at scale. As AI changes how software is built, we have an opportunity to rethink engineering workflows from first principles. We’re creating tools and shared systems that turn complex data, experimentation, and technical workflows into clear decisions and useful action. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead design across two connected product areas: a real-time data exploration and observability experience for investigating large-scale system and product behavior, and an experimentation platform for safely launching changes, measuring their impact, and deciding whether to ramp, iterate, or roll back. This is more than a dashboard-design role. You’ll define the interaction models that take someone from a vague question or unexpected signal to a trustworthy answer and clear next step. You’ll work closely with engineers, researchers, data scientists, and product teams to understand the mechanics of their work and make dense technical systems coherent without flattening the details that matter. You’ll also help establish greater consistency across OpenAI’s enterprise and internal tools, developing durable patterns that support AI-native workflows and enable other designers to build more effectively. This role is based in our Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA offices. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end design for data-intensive products used by engineers, researchers, and product teams. Shape the complete learning loop: instrument, launch, observe, investigate, evaluate, decide, and iterate. Create clear, high-craft workflows for querying, filtering, comparison, drill-d

About the Team OpenAI’s Sourcing and Procurement organization helps the company acquire and scale the products, services, and partnerships needed to advance its mission. As the organization grows, we are looking for a strategic builder-operator to establish an AI-led contracting capability that improves speed, consistency, and execution across the company. In this role, you will partner with leaders and stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security, Engineering, and business teams to design and oversee the contracting process from intake through negotiation and lifecycle management. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align partners around shared priorities, and build repeatable operating mechanisms, responsible AI-assisted workflows, and a centralized contract lifecycle management (CLM) system of record that enable sourcing coordinators to execute agreements consistently and help the business scale. About the Role As a Contract Management Lead, you will build, lead, and continuously improve OpenAI’s AI-led contracting help desk—a new capability designed to scale contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management without significantly increasing headcount. You will own the service strategy, operating model, delivery oversight, coordinator enablement, workflow design, and performance tracking. Sourcing coordinators will manage day-to-day negotiations and agreement execution; you will ensure they have the tools, playbooks, training, guidance, and escalation support required to deliver timely, consistent, and well-governed outcomes. This is a builder-operator and service-ownership role for someone who combines strong commercial contracting and legal-language fluency with a product-management mentality. You will be hands-on in building the systems, playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting that support the contracting desk—not in personally negotiating every agreement. You will use a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform as the c
