-English follows- 職務概要（Job Role） Soho Houseのバーバックとして、メンバーの皆様に常に素晴らしい体験を提供することがあなたの役割です。 自然なホスピタリティと魅力を活かしながら、人とつながり、成長し、楽しみ、そして価値を生み出せる環境をご提供します。 主な役割は、バー業務が円滑に進むようバーテンダーチームをサポートすることです。 スピリッツ、ガーニッシュ、氷など、営業中に必要な備品を常に補充・管理し、グラスやバー器具が清潔かつ適切に配置されている状態を維持します。 主な業務内容（Main Duties） メンバーがバーに来られた際に、温かく迎え入れる環境を作る 氷、スピリッツ、ミキサー類の補充、ガーニッシュの準備、グラスの補充などを行い、常にバーの在庫を適切に保つ グラスを磨き、所定の位置に整える シェイカー、ステアラー、ストレーナーなどの器具を洗浄し、適切な場所に配置する ストレージから飲料を補充し、ワイン、ミキサー、スピリッツ、ストロー、ナプキン、ガーニッシュなどを補充する バーエリア、テーブル、その他のエリアからグラスを回収する ゴミ箱を定期的に空にし、常に清潔かつ衛生的な環境を保つ オープンおよびクローズ業務（ステーションの準備・片付けを含む）を行う 常に清潔で整った作業環境を維持する メンバーへの会計対応およびカード決済、SHAppやHouse Payを用いた支払い処理を行う フロント・バックオブハウスのチームミーティングに参加し、メニュー変更やスペシャル、テイスティング内容を把握する 必要に応じてドリンクをテーブルへ提供する 常に高いホスピタリティとプロフェッショナリズムを持ってメンバー対応を行う 安全・セキュリティ・満足度・ウェルビーイングに関する事項に適切に対応する VIPおよびPWKのお客様に対して適切な対応を行い、プライバシーと機密性を厳守する 応募資格・求める経験（Experience Required） Soho Houseのバーバックとして活躍するためには、何かしらの接客経験と、一流のサービスを提供する
