Assistant Manager – Sourcing

Qualification

Identify potential chemical manufacturers, suppliers, and trading partners across domestic and international markets. Evaluate their capabilities, pricing, quality standards, and supply reliability. ● RFQ Management: Prepare and release Requests for Quotations (RFQs), collect supplier quotations, compare commercial proposals, and support supplier selection. ● Price Benchmarking & Cost Analysis: Conduct price comparisons, analyze cost structures, track market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities. ● Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, minimum order quantities, delivery timelines, and other commercial conditions. ● Partner Factory Coordination: Coordinate with partner factories and suppliers to assess production capabilities, capacity availability, lead times, and order fulfillment. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide timely sourcing solutions. ● Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, follow up on quotations and orders, and monitor supplier performance. ● Procurement Support: Assi
