Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred. Candidates with alternate tertiary education qualifications will be considered. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 2+ years previous experience in in business development in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction (AEC) field or business development of B2B services. Exceptional organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing activities. A curiosity to learn Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM using customer journeys, setting up regional sales campaigns, measuring ROI of events and customer engagement. Similar experience using other CRM platforms will be considered. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
