Bluewater Civil Design, LLC CIVIL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, permitting, and execution of civil engineering projects from concept through construction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and oversees project teams to ensure successful delivery of commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeastern United States. The Project Manager is accountable for project quality, schedules, budgets, client satisfaction, and team performance while supporting the firm's growth through strong client relationships and business development efforts.
