Job description
Empower Youth and Families as a Community Support Specialist Flexibility is key in this role. The schedule includes regularly working evening hours to accommodate the needs and availability of children and families, ensuring support is provided when it’s most needed. Full-time, benefit eligible position. Flexible schedule with evenings required. 40 hours weekly. Make a difference where it matters most — in the lives of children and their families. As a Community Support Specialist – Youth , you’ll provide personalized, in-home and community-based support, helping young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.
