Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 12+ years of supplier quality experience in aerospace or high-reliability aviation manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a management role leading a multi-person supplier quality team. Demonstrated experience leading and maturing a supplier quality program — optimizing team structure, improving supplier performance metrics, and elevating the technical capability of a supplier-facing quality organization. Deep working knowledge of AS9100D with specific expertise in supplier quality obligations & FAA supply chain quality requirements under 14 CFR Part 21. AS9102 First Article Inspection expertise — has reviewed, accepted, and set standards for FAI execution across a multi-commodity supplier base. Strong SCAR program experience — has evaluated supplier RCCA submissions for technical adequacy, driven corrective action closure, and used supplier failure trend data to inform performance management decisions. People management experience at a multi-level organizational structure— has managed managers and developed senior-level direct reports, along with a demonstrated ability to align t
