Roles & Responsibilities Counsel students and aspirants preparing for government competitive examinations and guide them toward suitable courses based on their preparation needs and career goals. Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and generate course enrolments. Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and available offerings related to government exam preparation. Promote and sell online courses for government examinations such as SSC, Banking, Railway, Teaching, Defence, and other competitive exams. Understand student requirements, address queries, and recommend relevant courses to maximize conversions. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into enrolments. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
