Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Executive – Last-Mile to manage day-to-day finance reconciliation, COD reporting, payout and settlement coordination, and MIS reporting. The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support timely financial reporting. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment , where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone. This is an in-person role (M-S office) at our Gurgaon HQ. Roles & responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities. Maintain payout workings for the last-mile fleet and internal COD reconciliation reports. Consolidate last-mile payout and COD reconciliation workings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Perform last-mile payout and COD reconciliation analysis, identifying discrepancies. Coordinate with last-mile vendors for payout, reconciliation, and settlement-related matters. Prepare and present MIS reports to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Reconciliation. High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
