This is an internal role not for our clients About Weekday Weekday is building the modern recruiting infrastructure for companies hiring exceptional talent. We operate at the intersection of technology, recruiting, and operations, with a strong bias toward speed, experimentation, and execution. The Role We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office. This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1)—and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup establishes operations at scale, and will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives.
