Love HR? Curious about people, employment law and what makes businesses tick? This could be the role you've been looking for. We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and resourceful HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team at Cintra HR & Payroll Services in our Milton Keynes office. But let's be clear from the outset, this isn't your typical HR administration role! Yes, there will be some administration (it's HR, after all!), but this is a role with real variety, genuine responsibility and plenty of opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills. One day you might be supporting a recruitment campaign, interviewing candidates or working with a hiring manager. The next, you could be researching an employment law question, helping a client implement new HR policies, undertaking a salary benchmarking exercise or coordinating an important HR project.
