We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sand Plant Incharge to join our dynamic team and manage our state-of-the-art sand plant operations. Key Responsibilities The Sand Plant In charge will be responsible for the seamless and efficient operation of the entire sand preparation, mixing, and reclamation processes. Key duties include: · Process Management: Oversee daily operations of the sand plant, including sand mixing, reclamation, and distribution to molding lines. · Quality Control: Monitor and maintain correct sand quality parameters (moisture content, resin ratios, hardness, etc.) to prevent casting defects such as sand inclusion or blowholes. Conduct regular sand laboratory tests and take corrective actions as needed. · Mainte
