Job description
We are looking for an Production Coordinator from the personal care industry who will primarily focus on process management at our manufacturing facility in Gujarat and act as a key point of contact between our team and the facility. The intent is for this team member to support the facility in scaling up production batches, with a strong focus on quality control and process alignment. What you will do: Maintain required environmental and process conditions to ensure product quality across storage, handling, and production. Manage dispensing and documentation of raw materials as per production and R&D plans, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Track inventory usage and forecast raw material and packaging needs aligned with batch plans, timelines, and launches. Coordinate with external manufacturing partners (AVD) to execute pilot, scale-up, and bulk batches in line with approved formulat
