Job description
Your mission Cosuno is a platform for construction tendering in the German-speaking market. It connects general contractors, who publish bid packages, with subcontractors, who bid on them, and both sides pay. As our Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager, you own how customers on both sides activate, buy and stay. You decide which signals matter and what should happen next, and a Growth Engineer builds the system with you. You'll be one of the first hires in a lean marketing team and shape how it works as it grows. We're looking for someone ambitious: you think in systems that sense, decide and learn, not in a handful of fixed, old-school email journeys.
