Senior Renewals Operations Analyst Location: Bangalore India Shift Timing: 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM Willing to work Night shift as and when required (Quarter-ends, Month-ends etc) About the role: The Seneior Renewal Operations Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for Renewal Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Renewal Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Renewals team, addressing system constraints and diligently managing transaction workloads to assist with renewal bookings on time.
