We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions across modules. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades. Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM as required. Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert business needs into platform designs. Define coding standards, governance, instance strategy and best practices. Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party tools. Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping. Guide and review the work of developers; support estimation and pre-sales activities. Plan platform upgrades, performance tuning and instance health checks.
