Job Title Customer Order Specialist Job Description Customer Order Specialist As a Customer Order Specialist, you'll be responsible to provide operational support by ensuring that all customer purchases from booking to Confirmed delivery date appropriately follow Order Intake policies for the Hospital Patient Monitoring business unit. Your role: Verify order completeness and accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and pricing in line with Order Intake Policies. Monitor and communicate the status of orders, from entry to confirmed delivery, to relevant stakeholders. Job Title Customer Order Specialist Job Description Customer Order Specialist Manage sales orders to ensure the customer receives the products ordered at the right time and in the right place by handling efficient and effective order flow from the moment of receipt and processing up to delivery of goods and after sales Your role: Validate and process sales orders, including manual handling for customers without EDI. Check order availability, prepare delivery proposals, and liaise with the Supply planning team. Screen complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy. Manage special orders and combined shipments, ensuring on-time delivery Provide daily analysis, weekly root cause reports, and monthly order receipts and sales reports. You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, International Business or an equivalent academic field. You have +1 year of experience in order processing, account management or an equivalent mix of professional experience and academic studies. Your skills include knowledge in SAP. Proficient in Excel (V-look ups, IF and Pivot Tables). Preferably to have knowledge on AI Systems such as Copilot or ChatGPT. May be required to work overtime and/or during Panamanian holidays, based on business &/or departmental needs. Able to efficiently communicate in the English language. The pay range per hour is $27.00-28.00. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
