Diploma / B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) Responsibilities: 1.Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of PM. 2. Hand on experience on Grinding Machine, Induction Hardening, Rolling Machine, Milling & turning Machine, Washing Machine, Assembly Line equipment, laser marking machine, Gantry, CNC based machining Centre, robots, SPM etc. 3. Hand on experience on MAG m/c, FIMAT, EMAG, GH & EFD Induction hardening, NACHI, NOVA, GALA, BESTEK, IZUMI, ACE, GUDEL Gantry etc. 4. Hand on experience on Siemens & Fanuc CNC controller and Siemens PLC. 5. Able to do troubleshooting in Siemens PLC program. 6. PLC & CNC Program upload/download 7. Read & write of Electrical drawing 8. Good knowledge of CNC machine electronics & Electrical component. 9. To know PLC, CNC program upload / download process 10. Good System knowledge of PM, PDM, CBM, TBM, MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Thermography, Vibration Analysis etc. 11. Good Communication, decision maker, team handling, MS Office, SAP, CMMS. APPLY NOW
