Indirect tax and transfer pricing sit with other specialists, so you can go deep rather than wide. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Prepare or review the income tax provision each month, quarter, and year, covering current and deferred tax, the effective tax rate reconciliation, provision-to-return true-ups, and tax account reconciliations. Set the technical standard for direct tax: what gets independently recalculated, what can be accepted on the preparer's support, and what evidence a review leaves behind.
