About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems. You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well. Key responsibilities Build and close security business, from the first conversation with a CISO's team through contract and expansion, working with the Account Executive who owns each relationship Create security pipeline with the Account Executives in your industry, from their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and joint work with partners Lead with the customer's problem: finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely Partner with your Applied AI engineers on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture, and know when to bring them in Guide customers through security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement Teach the Account Executives in your business unit to s

About the role Procurement Operations is the front door for buying at Anthropic. We sit inside Finance Operations and own the path from “I need to buy something” to a signed agreement, an accurate purchase order, and clean spend data at month end. We are hiring a Procurement Operations Business Partner to own that path for our technology spend: business applications, SaaS tools, cloud and infrastructure services, and the engineering and developer tools our teams build with. This portfolio is software heavy: new tools evaluated and onboarded regularly, licenses that renew on their own schedule, and vendors billed on seats, usage, or tiered subscription terms rather than a single invoice. You will be the person who makes buying software feel simple to the teams who depend on it and reliable to the Finance stakeholders behind it. This is a high-volume role with an accounting core. You ensure every software purchase in your portfolio is coded, dated, received, and accrued correctly, so spend is right in the books every month. Expect a steady queue of new tool requests, renewals, and license changes, and expect to be the person Accounting trusts on all of it. We use Claude as part of our daily workflow and are looking for someone who wants to help define what an AI-native procurement operations function looks like, including how AI changes intake, contract and security review, vendor coordination, and requester support. Responsibilities Own the purchasing process Manage a high volume of purchase requests, renewals, and license changes each month across the organization, keeping speed and accuracy high at the same time. Serve as the primary
About the role The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) treats Anthropic's device fleet as a platform we build and run. We run our own MDM as a production service and manage every piece of device configuration as code. Policies, configuration profiles, queries, remediation scripts, and software all ship through pull requests, CI, a staging environment, and a canary group before they reach the fleet. The fleet is mostly macOS, plus a small number of Linux machines and a growing mobile footprint. You'll own that platform end to end: the infrastructure underneath the MDM, the configuration on top of it, the patching and software pipelines that keep thousands of devices patched and secure, and the telemetry that tells us what is actually true on every device. You'll also build automation that cuts down on manual operational work. You'll work with Security teams on hardening, compliance controls, and detection and response, and with developer and infrastructure teams to make sure those controls don't get in the way of their work. Your work will let us base access decisions on whether a device can be trusted. We value people who double check a compliance report before they believe it. The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You'll help define the endpoint roadmap, make architecture decisions, and own the platform every Anthropic employee's work runs on. You'll also help us meet the security standards our Responsible Scaling Policy requires as models advance. Responsibilities Own endpoint configuration as code: author, review, test, and progressively roll out MDM policies, configuration profiles, and remediation scr
About the role As a Product Manager in the Internal Products and Technologies organization, you'll partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Trust & Safety, Support, and Finance to build the billing experiences every Claude customer uses, from the first purchase to the monthly invoice: We own how customers buy and manage Claude: choosing and changing plans, viewing invoices, tracking usage and spend, and setting spend controls. Your work reaches everyone who pays for Claude: individuals upgrading a plan, teams adding seats, developers buying credits, and enterprise admins managing budgets across thousands of users. You'll define how Claude should explain a charge, change a plan, or set a spend limit for a customer. You'll also define how admins set spend controls for the agents their teams run. You'll own billing experiences that convert well, resist abuse, and let customers resolve billing questions on their own. Responsibilities Deeply understand customers across segments (consumers, developers, teams, and enterprise admins) and where billing friction costs us conversion, trust, or support volume. Partner with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows, balancing conversion against clarity and long-term customer trust. Partner with Trust & Safety to stop abuse of Claude plans and credits without adding friction for legitimate customers. Design agentic billing experiences: Claude answering billing questions, resolving common issues, and taking billing actions, with a confirmation step wherever a mistake would cost the customer money. Partner with Engineering and Design so every Claude product gives customers the same

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role New hires join Anthropic every week; their first days here shape how they understand our mission and culture, and help to accelerate their time to productivity. We're looking for a Program Manager to own the live delivery of our new hire onboarding program, so that every cohort, whatever its size or timing, gets an experience that is well run, welcoming, and grounded in what makes Anthropic distinctive. You'll own our San Francisco onboarding program end to end: facilitating sessions, overseeing the operating rhythm behind each cohort, and orchestrating across Recruiting, People Services, Workplace, IT, and the many presenters who bring the program to life. You'll work within our overall onboarding strategy and program design, and your job is to deliver our live onboarding program reliably, week after week, while spotting where the experience can get better and feeding those insights into how the program evolves. This role suits someone who loves the craft of running a great program: the preparation, the moments in the room, and the systems that make it all repeatable at scale. You'll do well here if you stay calm when plans change, care deeply about the details that shape a first impression, and bring warmth and clarity to a room of people on their first day. This role requires being in the office at least two days a week – on all programming days and as needed otherwise. Key responsibilities Own weekly program delivery: Run each onboarding cohort from pre-arrival readiness through program close, so every cohort gets a consistent, high-quality experience Facilitate live sessions: Serve as the primary facilitator and ho

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Claude is becoming the AI layer inside the platforms where enterprises already work. Our partnership with Salesforce — anchored by Claudeforce — is the first and largest example, and a growing roster of strategic technology partners is following the same path: making Claude the front door to their products for millions of users. As Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships, you will own the ongoing comarketing relationship with these strategic tech partners. You will be the single marketing point of contact for each partner’s marketing organization, build and run the joint marketing plan, manage shared marketing funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — exec summits at partner flagship events, joint workshops, enablement moments, and co-branded activations around the world. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the team Secure Frameworks is the team in Anthropic's Security Engineering org that builds shared security libraries and frameworks the rest of the company builds on. We collaborate closely with teams and leaders across Anthropic to own critical security foundations, including workload identity and authorization, cryptographic frameworks, and the centralized access proxy that secures traffic to internal applications. Our mission is to make the secure thing easy and the easy thing secure by helping Anthropic engineers get secure behaviour by default and preventing entire classes of vulnerabilities through careful design. We own what we ship, help customers adopt better security practices and at times we work embedded directly in research, infrastructure or product teams. About the role You will design, build and run security foundations used across Anthropic's fleet, from threat model through production, on-call and adoption. Much of the work is greenfield: our infrastructure is growing quickly and the timelines are compressed, so you will help define the architecture rather than inherit it. Depending on your strengths you will focus on one or two of the areas below and contribute across the rest. Build critical security foundations including cryptographic frameworks, mTLS infrastructure, secure serialization, and authorization systems, designed to prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities Partner with product, research, infrastructure, and other security teams to ensure frameworks integrate smoothly with lower-layer security controls Scope, design and build security services and libraries end-to-end, maintain t
About the Role As an AV Engineer focused on Platform & Automation, you'll build and own the software layer of Anthropic's collaboration systems — the tools, integrations, and engineering practices that let a small AV team support a fast-growing global office portfolio. Our rooms, event spaces, and broadcast systems are increasingly managed through APIs and code: device management platforms, DSP and control systems, conferencing administration, ticketing, and paging. Your job is to turn that surface into reliable, team-owned tooling, and to bring software engineering discipline to how we build and maintain it. You can expect a lot of your time writing, shipping, and operating code — fleet health monitoring, automated room testing and ticketing, integrations between our AV platforms and IT systems, and the internal tools that AV Engineering, AV Operations, and Events rely on every day. You'll also help own the administration of the software platforms we already run, and set the standards for how the team version-controls, reviews, tests, releases, and maintains everything from DSP designs to firmware to internal services.
