Anthropic

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's compute fleet is one of the largest and most varied in the world, and everything we do from training frontier models to serving Claude depends on getting the right work onto the right hardware at the right time. Our Scheduler team owns that problem. We build the scheduling layer for Anthropic's Kubernetes fleet, the tools researchers and engineers use to launch and manage their jobs, and the systems that make sure the fleet is used as efficiently as possible. When a researcher starts a run, the scheduler decides where it lands and how quickly; when demand outstrips supply, it decides who waits. This team provides the paved path that lets everyone at Anthropic get compute when they need it without becoming an expert in the infrastructure underneath. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead this team. The scheduler is on the critical path for nearly all of Anthropic's compute, and the mandate is expanding quickly: making scheduling work seamlessly across a growing, heterogeneous fleet; raising utilization while keeping jobs starting fast; making the system's decisions predictable and explainable to the people who depend on it; and making the job-launch experience something researchers rarely have to think about. You'll lead a team building infrastructure that the entire research and product organization depends on, and you'll partner closely with capacity planning, research, inference, and product teams to make efficient use of the fleet. Key responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers building Anthropic's scheduling platform, job-launch tooling, and fleet-efficiency systems, owning planning, ex

About the role Anthropic is investing $50 billion in American computing infrastructure, including datacenters custom-built for our workloads, and this role sits at the heart of that effort. As a Staff Engineer on the Datacenter Server Lifecycle team, you will own the end-to-end operational journey of every machine in our datacenters – from initial provisioning and deployment, steady-state operation, maintenance, and repair. This is greenfield work: you will help define the services, tooling, standards and processes that govern how we operate critical hardware at scale, powering frontier model development and serving. You will have the opportunity to define AI-native workflows for datacenter operations and to help drive innovations on efficiency, performance, and reliability. A distinguishing aspect of this role is its deep intersection with security. The machines in our datacenter handle some of the most sensitive workloads in AI – training frontier models and serving millions of users interacting with Claude. Ensuring that every machine in the fleet is trusted, attested, and operating with a verified chain of integrity from the hardware up is a core part of the job, not an afterthought. You will partner closely with our Infrastructure Security team to define and enforce trusted compute standards across the lifecycle, from secure provisioning through end-of-life handling. Key responsibilities Build automation to support datacenter fleets at scale. Define and own the end-to-end system lifecycle strategy – from provisioning and deployment through operation, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning – and maintain automation

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Security Business Enablement (SBE) is Stripe's commercial security function: the interface between Stripe's internal security program and its Go-to-Market organization. We make sure security and compliance requirements never block, delay, or devalue Stripe's deals. This work is about customer trust: businesses entrust Stripe with critical financial infrastructure, and their security teams need confidence that Stripe meets rigorous standards before, during, and after the sale. We make that trust tangible with accurate, consistent evidence of Stripe's security posture. We own security due diligence end to end: questionnaire response, compliance evidence, live security reviews, gap and exception management, contractual security exhibits, rapid response during industry-wide events, and executive briefings. We engage customers directly, up to CISO level, and equip sales teams to handle security conversations on their own. Our scope is unusually broad: one assessment can span security, privacy, business continuity, and resilience, translating deep control detail into language procurement, legal, and a CISO can each act on. We are often the first team asked to represent emerging parts of Stripe's posture. We work at the intersection of security, AI, and Go-to-Market. Our platform is built on authoritative grounding: answers are retrieved from a knowledge base we maintain and validate, not generated from first principles, so they are consistent and

The NVIDIA DGXC Data Services team builds cloud-native systems, frameworks, and services for managing data across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure. We are building the next-generation data and storage infrastructure to solve some of the hardest problems in AI: storage, access, ingestion, governance, observability, and data management for exabyte-scale, high-performance GPU-based training and inference jobs. Our work gives NVIDIA teams the foundational capabilities they need to build, train, deploy, and operate AI products at scale without reinventing critical data infrastructure for every workload. What you will be doing: Build storage technologies, client libraries, and filesystem frameworks that help AI workloads access data across object stores, file systems, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Develop high-performance storage paths for training and inference workflows, including data loading, checkpointing, caching, POSIX-style access, and object-store integration. Build observability systems that diagnose storage bottlenecks, attribute GPU idle time to I/O behavior, and expose actionable telemetry through production monitoring stacks. Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of storage systems serving massive datasets, deep directory trees, and high-concurrency AI workloads. Work closely with internal AI teams, platform teams, SRE, and operations to validate storage behavior against real workloads and production environments. Use modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, while maintaining high standards for design, testing, security, performance, and verification.
