VTS is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to be the core driver of our unified GTM motion, working in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You've built a growth motion from the ground up before, and you know how to set direction while staying close enough to the work to execute it yourself. You'll own the integrated campaigns and how we bring them to market, translating that into what goes out through our own marketing channels (owned and paid). You'll work closely with sales and revenue operations to make sure the right message, content, and actions show up throughout the entire GTM funnel, moving target accounts from unaware to aware to actively engaged, and measuring what actually matters. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll work alongside a strong marketing team and set the strategic direction for growth while remaining hands-on, using AI and other tools to prototype ideas, test messaging, and explore new channels and activations before scaling them. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What Makes This Job Awesome? You will... Own and build the growth motion, including identifying and launching the right channels and tactics for VTS's key business segments and buyer personas. Build and launch full-funnel campaigns through the growth channels, and partner with the rest of the GTM team on distribution across every touchpoint, so buyers get one unified message. Translate product positioning, market trends, and sales intelligence into campaign concepts that actually move buyers. Create the different types of content and messaging that fuel your campaigns, and know how to brief others clearly when you need to bring someone else in. Own the campaign calendar: prioritize programs based on business impact, pipeline goals, and what's happening in the market. Partner tightly with sales to understand where deals get stuck,

About the Team Enterprise Expansions is part of OpenAI’s Enterprise Engineering organization. We help organizations make ChatGPT Work part of everyday work, from discovering what it can do to building useful agentic workflows. Our goal is to help employees move from their first chat to confidently using AI to get work done. Our full stack work focuses on two workstreams: Agentic Activation: Help first-time chat users become effective agent users within their organizations. Bring organizational context into ChatGPT and build personalized onboarding, product education, and experiments that help people adopt agents in daily workflows. Work Discovery: Make relevant skills, plugins, capabilities, and context easy for knowledge workers to find and ready to use. Build discovery experiences across the frontend and backend. Across both workstreams, we ship quickly, learn from customers, and use experiments to improve adoption. About the Role We’re looking for a full stack engineer with strong frontend skills, product instincts, and UX and design taste. The work ranges from activating first-time users to helping knowledge workers discover the capabilities and context they need to make ChatGPT useful in their daily workflows. You’ll own projects from early prototypes through production and iteration, shaping interactions and building the backend services that support them. This role is a fit for someone who cares about the details of how a product feels and can turn an ambiguous user problem into a simple, polished experience. This role is based in San Francisco. In this role, you will: Build personalized onboarding and product education that help first-time ChatGPT users adopt agentic workflows. Create discovery experiences that make relevant skills, plugins, capabilities, and organizational context easy for knowledge workers to find and use. Shape product flows and implement polished interfaces, with careful attention to interaction details, accessibility, and responsiveness
About the role There’s a wide gap between an agent that works in a demo and one that works across millions of live transactions. Closing it is the job. You’ll embed with the teams and customers who depend on AI — risk, fraud, collections, payments, support, developer experience — and design, build, and ship agentic systems into their production environments. You’ll also help build the platform underneath: Paytm’s AI inference platform (Pi) and the agentic runtime, orchestration, and tooling that lets agents reason, plan, use tools, and run multi-step workflows safely. What you’ll do Embed & deploy Tackle greenfield problems alongside internal teams and customers — scope ambiguous needs and build agents from scratch that fit how they actually work. Own deployments end-to-end: discovery, build, integration, activation, and the tuning that earns trust and adoption. Lead pilots and demos, drive adoption, and clear blockers before they stall a rollout. Build agentic systems Architect agentic systems — reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent coordination — that run real workflows with guardrails. Build safe tool-use infrastructure across APIs, databases, and services, with permissioning, sandboxing, and human-in-the-loop. Ship SDKs, patterns, and reusable blueprints so internal teams build and deploy agents fast. Make it reliable Design and run rigorous evals: measure quality, catch regressions, and feed results back into the system. Build observability, tracing, and guardrails that prove agents are safe and keep them safe as models and data drift. Own the multi-model inference your agents depend on (text, voice, code, vision) — latency, throughput, and cost. Lead Set technical direction and standards for agentic systems; mentor engineers and partn
