By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. As Harvey's first Support Operations Data Analyst, you'll own the analytics function for the Customer Experience org. You'll build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and feedback loops that tell us whether we're hitting our north stars — cSAT, TTR, QA scores, escalation rates — and surface the signal underneath the numbers so we can act on it. You'll sit within the Support Operations team, reporting to the Support Operations Manager, and work closely with Customer Experience leadership and Harvey's central data team to ensure the org is equipped with the right instrumentation as we scale

Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. Role Summary Okta Secures AI is Okta's product line for agent identity—securing what AI agents can access and do across the enterprise. This role owns GTM readiness across the full customer lifecycle, from first conversation through deployment, adoption, and expansion. You own the customer insight, messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and readiness strategy. You build from what you hear in customer conversations and see in live deployments, then partner with the teams that own enablement and delivery to scale it. AI is moving weekly. The work needs to move just as fast. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Readiness Messaging and positioning: Build the narrative, value proposition, proof points, and persona-specific stories sellers use in live deals. Competitive readiness: Develop competitive positioning, objection handling, and talk tracks as the market evolves. Demo readiness: Equip SEs and FDEs with the stories, scenarios, and technical depth needed to demonstrate Okta Secures AI credibly. Launch and pricing readiness: Ensure the field understands what's new, what's changed, and how to take it to market. Field signal: Partner directly with sellers and SEs to identify gaps in live deals and

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About Ops Enablement The Operations Enablement team builds the capabilities required to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality servicing experiences for Affirm’s customers and merchants—while identifying opportunities to eliminate the need for them to contact us in the first place. We partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Vendor Management, Legal, and Compliance to ensure every agent is trained, equipped, and able to deliver measurable results from day one. Operating across the full servicing lifecycle, we translate new products, policies, and business requirements into scalable operational capabilities. Our work includes designing training and operational readiness strategies, standing up new servicing experiences, defining and measuring interaction quality, and ensuring agents can quickly access the information they need to resolve issues correctly. We use performance insights, customer contact drivers, quality trends, and agent feedback to identify capability gaps and their root causes. We then build the learning programs, quality frameworks, knowledge systems, processes, and tools needed to close those gaps—while helping our Product and Engineering partners address friction upstream rather than requiring agents to absorb it downstream. By owning the full journey—from operationalizing new products and policies to improving existing workflows—Operations Enablement turns complex change into consistent, compliant, and high-quality servicing at scale. One Role, Multiple Teams We are hiring multiple Manager roles across Affirm's Ops Enablement organization through this single job posting. Rather than interviewing for one specific team, candidates will go through a shared interview process designed to assess the core skills we look for across Ops Enablement. If selected, we will w

Staff FullStack Engineer, AI Acceleration Team The AI Acceleration Team The AI Acceleration Team builds AI features right where identity and agents meet. Companies are handing real access to AI agents faster than their controls can keep up, and two problems show up first: how do you authorize what an agent is allowed to do on someone's behalf, and how do you keep both people and agents from being phished? We take those on directly. Our North Star: to get AI right, you have to get identity right. We are a new team, and we shape the problems as much as we solve them. We bring a product mindset to the work: we dig into what customers actually need, define the outcome, and build toward it. We move fast, stay close to the real problem, and are honest about what works. The Staff FullStack Engineer Opportunity As a Staff FullStack Engineer on the AI Acceleration Team, you will own the technical build for solving agent authorization and phishing resistance. You see what needs doing and start it. This is 0-to-1 work, meaning you will move on problems before they are fully specified, always keeping customer success as the ultimate bar. You will help shape which problems we take on, make architectural calls that outlive any single project, and set the technical bar for how we work. You will enforce least privilege for what agents can do and make phishing-resistant access the default. We build with Vercel and AWS, and you will likely work heavily in JavaScript/TypeScri
