Description The role of the propulsion operations team is to ensure customers can use our in-space propulsion systems in the way they need to complete their mission. The team works at the interface between software, electronics, propulsion hardware, and the customer. We collaborate closely with software and electrical engineers on our embedded control electronics. Together with project managers we talk to customers and determine what kind of manoeuvrers and operations they want to perform with the propulsion system. Working with the propulsion engineers, we determine how high-level concept of operations translate into the low-level read-out from sensors, and the actuation of heaters, valves, and igniters. With AIT we ensure smooth assembly, integration, and verification of propulsion systems. As Full Stack Web Developer, you will be supporting and developing the many web-hosted tools used throughout our organisation. These range from small API services and data visualisers, to testing infrastructure and internal engineering tools. We are looking for someone who is strong in the backend, but understands that a great web application also requires a good UI and UX. You will join a team of seven software developers with different backgrounds in embedded software, data science and aerospace engineering. Because we are small, you will quickly be expected to be responsible for specific applications. At the same time, each member of the team generally works across all different applications depending on the priorities. The role is full time and based on-site at our office in Delfgauw, the Netherlands. We work closely with our colleagues in New Zealand, including a weekly meeting that falls in the evening during Dutch winter time. Responsibilities Design, build and maintain internal web applications end to end, from backend services and APIs to the user interface. Take ownership of specific applications and be responsible for their quality, reliability and further deve

Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We give companies one unified platform for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury and financial services, replacing fragmented local integrations with a single infrastructure layer. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists Designing for developers is a distinct craft. The interface is often the dashboard, the API reference, the sandbox, the error states, and the logs, information-dense surfaces for a technical audience with little patience for friction. This role makes the developer's experience clear, fast, and trustworthy across those surfaces. What you'll own Product design for the developer dashboard and integration surfaces. Information design for docs and API reference, in partnership with Engineering and content. Error states, empty states, sandbox and testing flows, the moments where developers get stuck. Discovery with developers, and close collaboration with the DevEx PM and Engineering. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and are embedded with the Developer Experience PM and Engineering as the design owner for developer-facing surfaces. You adopt and extend the domain design system rather than owning it, partnering with the senior design-system lead on shared patterns, so your time is weighted toward product work from the start. The domain works from validated findings rather than assumptions and values direct, candid critique. What we're looking for Product-design craft with evidence of designing for technical, developer, or data-dense products. A portfolio is a must. Comfort with information-dense UI, dashboards, tables, complex states. The ability to partner closely with engineers. You work well alongside technical teams. A strong plus:
Communication belongs to everyone. TextNow is one of the largest providers of free phone service in North America, connecting tens of millions of people who would otherwise be priced out of staying in touch. We pair a free, ad-supported tier with paid plans and a growing set of intelligent features — and we run it on infrastructure we own and operate. We move fast, we measure what we ship, and we treat AI as a core part of how we build, not a side experiment. What You'll Do As a Software Developer on iOS, you'll own the systems, architecture, and tooling behind apps used by millions — operating strategically across mobile, backend, and data, and diving into the lowest-level details when the problem demands it. This is an AI-first role: using AI is not optional, it's the expectation. We anticipate the majority of the code you ship will be AI-generated, with you as the architect, reviewer, and final authority on quality, correctness, and design. You'll have access to the latest and greatest AI development tools, and you'll help build our AI harness — the agents, workflows, evaluations, and guardrails the rest of engineering relies on. We hire across multiple levels (intermediate, senior, staff+) and align title and scope to demonstrated impact, not years on a résumé. • Design, develop, and sustain high-performance iOS applications in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C, with AI tooling embedded throughout your workflow. • Own the full lifecycle of your systems: feature ideation, API design, instrumentation, CI/CD deployment, live-traffic monitoring, unit/UI/e2e testing, telemetry and data analysis, A/B experiment design, and continuous iteration. • Lead architectural modernization — decompose monoliths, build shared libraries and frameworks, improve modularization, and enable reuse across iOS, Android, and Web. • Evaluate and adopt new Apple platform capabilities (OS releases, device types, form factors, architectures) a

That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Connect Platform Connect is Stripe’s platform for businesses that serve other businesses. Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership
